Comment: Install only with a suitable amplifier. They will not play normally from a regular head. With high-quality audio preparation, the doors give an incredible sound. For my money, one of the best options, I advise everyone, but it is important that the entire system is configured correctly.

Comment: I liked it very much, they play through an amplifier, the mids and highs are excellent .... there is little bass, but they shouldn't. Paired with a sub, they play perfectly and I recommend them.

Advantages: + very powerful squeaker (in principle, you can listen without it if you buy such speakers, say, in the rear doors or a shelf for sounding). + good middle ground, both voice and various musical instruments sound distinctly. + normal bass, although, as it seemed to me, harsh. However, if you listen to it complete with a subwoofer, you can cut off the lows, and then it will be fine. Or you may not cut it.

Disadvantages: - midbass and lower midrange are a little tucked up (quite a bit), but if the eucalizer is "wide", then you can adjust it so that it sounds even: I first listened and warmed them up to flat, then tuned my own. - I would say that the squeaker is sharp, but no, when the tweets "warmed up", it began to sound softer ... or just got used to it. In general, I'm not complaining now. At least it's silk.

Comment: I wanted to buy something cheaper, but I listened to them in the store and decided to take them. Pioneer mvh-150ub radio tape recorder, stand without amplifier. The store said that despite the power high enough for a car, they would sound normal without an amplifier ... they did not deceive. Can be configured to sound at maximum volume without amplitude distortion. I want to put everything through the amplifier (blaupunkt 270) to try, but my hands do not reach. Play on catwalks with support from ecx690's Hertz. I mainly listen to trance / house / drum, sometimes rock or lounge. I am satisfied with the purchase, I am not going to change it in the next few years.

Advantages: Very good, even and soft mids, without any "sticking out" frequencies, tweeters give a good top. With a good head unit and high-quality SHVI doors, the sound is close to the sound of budget studio monitors (I say, as an employee of a recording studio))).

Disadvantages: The initial sound frequency (according to the specification) is 68 Hz, so the bass from these speakers cannot be called deep. But at least with a good SHVI doors - the bass is clear, intelligible and quite full. Although, at frequencies of 50Hz and below, of course, it chokes more than it sounds. And one more disadvantage is the tweeters' slightly sticking frequencies. On the range somewhere from 5000 Hz to 12000 Hz - the sound hurts your ears a little. Fortunately, I have a radio with a 13-band equalizer, which allows me to fix this. I slightly lowered the range from 5KHz to 12.5KHz - and everything became amazing! The top has become soft, ringing and transparent. But, perhaps, the main disadvantage of these systems is low sensitivity. Only 89 dB! Even in comparison with the standard Chinese acoustics - Alpine SPG-17CS play much quieter!

Comment: When the question arose about buying new speaker systems for our car (Skoda Rapid), it turned out that everything is not so simple here! For some reason, there are practically no stands left in stores where you can listen to how certain models sound, and in specialized car audio stores, sellers do not agree to connect speakers for wiretapping and offer to take a "pig in a poke" based only on their advice. However, my wife and I managed to find one good store (a large hypermarket of household appliances), in which we bought several different sets and the service department agreed to take them back if anything (provided there were no traces of operation). Took Alpine SPG-17CS and Pioneer TS-A172Ci. The latter had many peaks at several frequencies. The sound was squeaky and pressed on the brain. And the tweeters were noticeably duller. Although the cost of these speakers is a quarter less, but nevertheless. And I liked the sound of Alpine immediately! We decided to take the Pioneer back to the store and take another set of SPG-17CS. We made a high-quality shvi of all doors, installed these speakers, rebuilt the equalizer on the head unit and the result - just caresses the ears! The sound turned out to be very full and beautiful! Quite good acoustics for your money!

Advantages: Great middle, good top.

Disadvantages: In my opinion, the bottom does not play very well. Competitors in this price range have better bottoms.

Comment: I have been using it for more than a year, in principle everything suits me. There is, of course, a small problem with the lows, but if you use a sub and cut the low frequencies from the speakers with filters, then they play very high quality and loud. + to everything - about six months ago I pierced the suspension with a screwdriver, and they play at least henna) they don't even poke at all, so it's quite a good and high-quality product! Comment: with an amplifier it sounds super especially pleased with the deep bass. the main thing is to connect everything correctly - and + and adjust and it will be super (put audi a 6) let's see how long it will last.

Disadvantages: There is little bass, if you want tight bass, then you will have to buy a subwoofer for these speakers.

Disadvantages: No flaws - just set and forget. On the MRV-V500, set the cut to 120!
