Comment: I bought it in June 2017, for a summer residence, to cut firewood. Good impressions! Saws with a bang. A couple of times I hooked a nail - but nothing, the chain did not fly. Before that, there was a Chinese benzo - g. Rare. In general, there are a lot of things in chainsaws that can break down, an electric saw, IMHO, is many times more reliable. When choosing a professional instrument of the Still type, I did not consider it, because it is 2 times more expensive. I chose between "non-professional" brands: Champion, Hammer Flex, Einhell. But they either did not "fit in the hand" so comfortably, or there was no simple chain tightening. There is an opinion that saws with a transverse motor are less convenient - but for me it's the other way around, especially when sawing on "goats". Tips: - when assembling, see only the instructions from the saw itself, and not from its chain: I was stupid for a long time trying to assemble Bosch according to the instructions from Oregon))) - fill in the oil a little bit - there is a filter that does not allow the oil to fill immediately ... Therefore, the first time I filled not only the saw, but also the workbench with oil)) I took the simplest oil "for lubricating chain saws", the cheapest. - sawed for 30 minutes - check the oil - finished work - loosen the chain (during operation it may heat up, although I did not really notice it)

Advantages: High quality plastic, chains and blades. Assembly - Hungary. Automatic chain lubrication. High power. Fits well in the hand. Additional protection is installed, blocking, in the case of reverse kickback of the saw.

Disadvantages: the cord is short, but as they explained to me in the official Bosch store, this was done for security purposes.

Comment: Before that, it was the simplest and most inexpensive Makita. Previously, it was necessary to pump oil along the canvas every 10 minutes with a separate pump button. The first plus is that you no longer need to bother with lubrication. The second and most important plus turned out to be that everything is assembled and the chain is pulled without a screwdriver and a key, for this the saw has two handles, one for fixing the blade, the other for tensioning the chain. I chose a new saw for a very long time, I am glad that I bought this model. Initially I was looking for the AKE 35S model, in the absence of this model I bought AKE 40S (the only difference is in the length of the blade for the chain) I advise you to buy.

Advantages: I hope it will work well, although it is not professional, but household.

Disadvantages: The set includes a Chinese saw chain. It is made of such a metal that it is even dangerous to use it. The metal is soft and not strong. So the best thing is to buy a new calm chain, the issue price is 690 rubles.

Comment: An excellent model, I chose it on the advice of a friend, I was very pleased with the saw, light, conveniently tensioned by the chain, does not eat oil too quickly, does not leak. Even a person who has never worked with electric / chainsaws before (and even a woman) will figure it out, assemble the saw and cope.

Advantages: Safety.

Disadvantages: No.

Comment: I had no business with saws, so I trusted my friend, a great expert on electric saws. Assembled in Hungary, good quality materials are pleasant to hold. Collected pretty quickly, although the instruction for an inexperienced person is not very clear. Safe in operation, there is a blocking chain. The chain is tensioned without additional tools using two handles, lubricated automatically. Of the minuses, only the wire, but the electrical one was chosen. Saws easily, tried to trim, it turns out. Happy with the saw

Advantages: Saws perfectly, and nothing else is needed. Don't be too hungry for chain oil - take good oil.

Advantages: The inherited plot of 15sotok, half overgrown with cherries, apple trees and American maple. I cut everything to the root in three days with interruptions! Great saw! Before that I used a chainsaw, but with it there is more trouble than with an electric one.
