I used to cook mostly on gas, rarely on a regular electric stove. But after trying the induction hob for the first time, I realized that this is the coolest option for cooking today. The power is very convenient and quickly adjustable, the surface is always clean, and even if something escapes, for example, porridge, it does not get stuck and can be easily wiped off. The only thing is that you need to change some of the cookware for those compatible with induction cookers.
