Comment:
Honestly, thanks to the manufacturer for referring to the instructions. There it is written in black and white: the thermometer must be held for 2-3 minutes, the sound signal _ is not_ a sign of the completion of the measurement. Maybe this is somewhat not logical, but it can be designed for a slightly different consumer audience. I shoot one star for this.
