We bought the oven a week ago and I am delighted with it. The glass does not heat up as there are 3 of them! Easy to clean, cools itself. Can be baked on three levels at once, it is very good for baking cookies, muffins, etc. The instructions for use have all the information on cooking - which dish is in which mode and how long it takes to cook. Plus, on the timer you can see how many minutes are left until the end of cooking.
