What should be noted are the cons. 1.the thermostat itself - depending on the water temperature, there is a decent scatter in temperature. For example, you will adjust at an average head of 38 degrees. So if you open the water a little bit, it will be hot. Open the water very hard - it will be cold. The spread from minimum to maximum degrees 15. 2. The tap / shower switch is extremely inconvenient. you always miss and the shower turns on or something drips ... 3. the shower saving button - maybe useful ... but it would be better if it was used to switch the tap / shower (by the way, this can be done - just remove the handle and put it at a different angle. In this case, the labels will not coincide on the tap, but the normal use of this button will become. 4. Who wants to get rid of the save button - unscrew the handle and cut off the stopper on the cartridge (a strip as thick as a match) with a stationery knife. In this case, the handle will rotate without the stopper. the direction of the water in the tap - goes straight down. This is not convenient - most taps use the direction of the stream at an angle forward. I bought an adjustable aerator (where the mesh rotates by 10 degrees), thereby solving the problem.

Advantages: Funky design. Weight - I want to believe what he says about quality. It copes well with the function of maintaining temperature

Disadvantages: I had to change the functionality a little, because the water saving button is unnecessary, the cold pressure in most old houses is not great anyway.

Comment: I am not a plumber, but I installed the mixer myself in just 7 minutes, for this you need an adjustable wrench and turn off the water in the riser), the rubber bands were in the old tap, I didn't even have to buy it. The fittings fit perfectly, the eccentrics were not needed. It looks expensive and beautiful, you want to touch it with your hands and twist the handles. Speaking of the handles, the right one had to be removed and turned clockwise literally 1 cm, as a result of which the shower saving button (in my opinion useless and even annoying) became responsible for unlocking the shower. Now your guests are much less likely to wash their hair unplanned by turning the lever in the wrong direction. After that, the button is in a neutral state a little as you should, but this does not spoil the appearance in any way. I would rate the practice of maintaining the set temperature at 4+, because by unscrewing the tap just a little, the water will be hotter than if you open the tap to the full.In my case, this drawback is absolutely insignificant, because I always set the water pressure approximately the same. But the crane copes perfectly with temperature and pressure drops in the pipes. For example, you woke up early in the morning, turned on the shower to the full and the mixer, depending on the changes in water temperature (and if you live on the 9th floor, this happens all the time, not only in the morning) starts to change the pressure and makes your procedures safe - this is just a fairy tale - I stopped swearing in the bathroom, and believe me, it costs a lot. I have been using it for less than a month, I really hope that its functionality will remain in our water, at least 5 years.

Disadvantages: No flaws were found in the thermostat itself. But when he took it off during the repair, an unexpected problem turned out to be the acquisition of an original disposable cardboard pad with a mesh filter, even in the official service center it was not available. But this is not a drawback of the thermostat, you just need to take this into account when removing it.

Comment: I liked exactly this arrangement of the adjustment knobs, on the right - the pressure, on the left - the temperature. The thermostat commands respect for its weight even before installation :) The temperature control knob alone, removed to set 38 degrees, weighs about as much as the entire Chinese mixer. The water flow, before being limited by an eco-button, is quite enough even for a head shower head (which is also called tropical) with a diameter of 20 cm, but this is most likely the merit of not the mixer, but the normal pressure in the pipes. The whole family was pleased with the purchase.

It is not necessary to look somewhere at the point at all, the middle "off" position is felt when turning.

The thermostat works perfectly (by the way, who is interested - its principle of operation is simple: an elastic container with paraffin and a spring. The hotter the water, the more the paraffin melts and the more the spring moves, and with it the spool). The mixer body has a cooling jacket, so it does not heat up higher than the temperature set on the thermostat. This model finally got rid of the "family curse" of Grohe - the extremely unsuccessful handle for switching "shower-spouts", which spoiled many nerves. The main flaw is counterintuitive management. The idea is this: we look at the embossed point on the handle and watch where it goes when turning. If down - then the water will go to the tap, if up - into the shower. It seems logical. But this point is absolutely not visible on the mirror surface, in contrast to the solid ridge on the back of the handle, which absolutely everyone takes for the indicator of its position. And here is the ridge 180 degrees apart. from the pointer point, it just moves in the opposite order: down - shower, up - tap. Because of this, constant confusion and the risk of splashing. On the pressure handle, they also thought up a water supply limiter to the shower, which must be forcibly turned off by pressing a button. The function is completely useless and inconvenient, but Grohe will brag about how it protects nature at the cost of ease of use.

Advantages: Keeps the temperature even when the pressure in the water supply jumps. It is very convenient to take a bath - it is opened and you do not need to run and check constantly. It is safe for the child - unexpectedly hot water cannot flow. Water pressure is not affected.

Disadvantages: When you turn the knob from cold to 38, for a couple of seconds it gives up to 43 degrees - uncomfortable. In general, the temperature jumps by 2-3 degrees, there is no ideal maintenance, but with a conventional mixer it was really bad - you could burn yourself and get numb. The complete gaskets are very hard, leaking, I had to go to the store for ordinary silicone ones. The watering can is a bit short, but the adapter solved the problem.

Comment: Alekseeva works great with Dush.
