This bracelet has many functions, I can't even believe that such a small device collects all information about a person's condition. The pedometer is accurate. We experimented: at first I walked the same distance with a bracelet and then my husband walked. His step is wider, the bracelet showed different numbers. Of the features, I especially like sleep monitoring. I now realized that the root of all my troubles is lack of sleep. Now I'm trying to fix it.
