Advantages:
I liked the picture quality. Appearance, Availability of SMART TV. Price. Bracket included. (fixed strictly vertical)
Disadvantages:
With a good picture, a low-quality backlight is enough, small highlights in the corners of the screen. Inconvenient management of smart applications. (Can be fixed by purchasing a TV keyboard with touchpad) Cursor mode is terrible. The TV freezes several times during the five days of use. Even during switching on. It only helped to pull the plug out of the socket. Long delay when switching channels. Later I contacted the representatives of HARPER in Russia and asked them to send me a new firmware on the TV, thank them very much, the TV works with a bang. The flight is normal. When playing movies in an online cinema, freezes are possible, it is eliminated by switching the quality to 720P, no more!

Having a smart TV function is a great thing. A good product at a very low price. I recommend this product, but before buying, if possible, check the firmware version. If there is a 2019 firmware, feel free to take it.
