When you cook something fatty (meat, chicken), you can clearly see that a lot of fat remains in the pan. This is a combination of a steamer, grill and convection oven. It also has a steam generating function. This means that the meat will not be dry, but rather juicy and tasty. There is also a function as I call it "for the lazy". This is a self-cleaning function - nothing burns and the airglil care is simplified. With regards to washing in general, I will say that I have no difficulties with this. I have a fairly large sink, where I wipe it gently. As for me it is heavy. I don't remember how much it weighs, but if you take it out and take it out all the time, it will be inconvenient. I use it often, it stands on the table, I don't hide it in the closet.

What a scanty little book and the same manual. The second disadvantage is the internal metal shelves, on which you need to put food, they seem to me to be of little functionality. What are the skewers for, if they cannot be installed vertically, and the meat can be put anyway. Well, and a heavy glass bowl, you have to be extremely careful with it, you can break it quickly. In general, I am satisfied with this gadget) For those who have a goal to eat healthy and healthy food, this is for you. Although you can cook fatty and unhealthy food here too.

The set of this model included traditional grates, a container-double boiler, skewers, tongs-grips (though, as always, some flimsy ones), a roaster. Unlike Supra, there were no recipes for cooking, but oh well. Well, in addition, despite the size, it looks very elegant in the kitchen. Stylish modern thing, the designers did a great job. The control is convenient - touch, there is a backlight. Temperatures can be adjusted from 40 degrees (just for yoghurt) to 260. Ideal start-up for preparing almost all dishes. The fan and the steam generator are also adjustable. Steam can be turned off. You can cook on the grill, steam, and in the combi steamer mode. In principle, the set of functions suited me. Naturally, on the way, I immediately bought a chicken to carry out a test roasting on the grill. The chicken turned out great the first time with a crispy crust, juicy inside. I cooked in multi-cook mode. It is a little necessary to understand how to use this feature for the first time. The bottom line is that you can change the temperature, steam level and convection rate during cooking. That is, values ​​are set for each stage of cooking and the system turns them on in turn. It turned out delicious and beautiful. The family ate everything. Then I set the regime for yogurt (instead of sourdough I used ordinary live yogurt and set it for 24 hours. I climbed in about 12 hours and the quality was fine for me. The yogurt turned out thick, melted right in my mouth. The result is magical, golden crust, juicy flesh - I am very pleased with the purchase.

All dishes are prepared quickly and turn out to be really tasty, since, for example, the meat is juicy and at the same time has an appetizing crisp crust, the fish is also tender, everything looks as appetizing as possible. I remember how I cooked these same dishes in the oven, but they did not turn out so tasty. The bottom was always slightly burnt, and the top had not yet had time to fry. I had to get it out of the oven so that it did not completely burn out, there was no golden crust (unless I put a container of water under a baking sheet). Now there are no such problems. Initially, I did not know what and how to cook, but there are a lot of recipes on the Internet just for this model. True, I found them later, and immediately tried to find the optimal temperature by trial and error. The equipment is good (grills, tongs, skewers, roaster, double boiler, expanding ring). The only thing I recommend is to buy a tray for collecting fat. It is not included in the kit. Of course, we do not always indulge ourselves with fried food and often steam it. Very tasty and no need for a double boiler. Special thanks to the manufacturer for the opportunity to make yogurt. The downside is that the airfryer is heavy (for me at least), and its dimensions are impressive. We had to allocate space for it on the table, because we often use it + heavy, we don't want to clean it. And for me personally, washing it is problematic. My sink is small, it really does not fit. In principle, I'm happy with the airfryer.

Advantages: She cooks quickly and efficiently. So far I only cooked duck on the grill and sterilized the blanks. I'm delighted! No pots of water and steam in the kitchen. The duck turned out to be rosy and fried.

In addition, the dishes are obtained with less fat (it seems to be melted), but due to the fact that the airfryer supplies water, nothing gets overdried (this is especially important when cooking meat).The volume of 10 liters is enough for the head, but it can also be increased due to the enlarger ring. It's good that they thought it out so that it is impossible to get burned. I have children and they need an eye and an eye, the more they are interested in what is being prepared and how. The controls are very simple. It is sensory (which is now customary and otherwise is somehow not that). There are few buttons, everything is signed, there is nothing super complicated. I was pleasantly surprised by the equipment: grates, a magnifying ring, a mesh dish, skewers, tongs. In general, all you need to eat. I found quite a few recipes for him. The main thing here is to do everything as written and everything will be fine. Nothing burns, everything is ruddy, beautiful, baked. I can say that fish and meat in the airfryer are very tasty. Now we don't buy yoghurts, because you can make delicious homemade ones. With regards to cereals, I also want to note. They turn out to be crumbly, I like these. I think they are not dry. I've never gotten rice before, constantly sticking together and being overcooked / undercooked. Now there are no problems at all and I cook my favorite pilaf in the airfryer.
