Advantages:
A powerful engine and I want to believe that it is reliable. Digs no matter what! Belt clutch. Belts are not expensive enough and they are easy to change. And in general, the whole structure except the engine is quite simple and easily repaired if necessary. A balance was struck between the cultivator's desire to run away and to bury himself. Starts with a half kick. And the flow seemed ridiculous to me. Fluids do not leak. I like the cultivator - I enjoy the work. You can buy.
Disadvantages:
China. After the purchase, you need to stretch everything, as in old Soviet cars. If this is not done, then with almost 100% probability that something will be lost during work. Some things are adjustable at the limit (reverse speed cable), and some I could not adjust at all (engine speed control). The protective wings are a bit short - the ground from under the cutters flies onto the cultivator itself. There is no way to fix the throttle stick - safety precautions, however, it is much more difficult to dig constantly while holding the gas. Yes, and before pressing the gas, you have to move the lock, which is monstrously inconvenient for reverse gear!

I bought instead of a failed cultivator from MTD. There is a friction clutch. Apparently overheated when plowing the land in the spring. It is worth noting that potatoes were dug on this land in autumn, not virgin lands. And the clutch bowl crumbled. And MTD works only with legal entities. Well, the dog is with you, I bought a Hyundai and I don’t know the troubles, but let your German equipment rot.

The engine is powerful enough, starts well and works stably, does not smoke, since it has four strokes. Good grip with six cutters - 90 cm wide per pass, reverse speed available. It is possible to change the number of cutters from the hardness of the earth, to the harder 2 or 4 cutters, to the light -6 pieces. Plowing is obtained without large lumps, soft fluffy.
Disadvantages:
It does not work on virgin soil, it jumps from impacts with cutters on the ground, before plowing, you need to remove the grass, otherwise it is wound on the axis of the cutters. The assembly is unreliable, in the very first days of work the kickstarter fell apart into parts - assembled and tightened, it works for two years, while it is normal. The reverse speed is weakly subject to regulation, it slips. The declared 30 centimeters of depth, for 1 pass is not real, you need at least 2 - 3. On very light ground, you need to push the cultivator forward, it does not go and buries itself.
Comment:
It will save your energy and time, with all the shortcomings it is still faster than a shovel and the earth will be loose. It will take some time to get used to the cultivator.

I also really liked the Hyundai T 850 cultivator in my work. In general, only the first season in use, but in comparison with the previous one it is just super, easy to use, the motor works stably. I hope there will be no further problems in operation. For today I will definitely put 5.
