Advantages:
Easy to disassemble, assemble, wash. Everything is simple and straightforward. Large volume dry cleaning bags. A set of attachments for any type of cleaning.
Disadvantages:
At first glance, the clamps of the pipe joints seem a little fragile. Well, there is no cord reeling, although this is a trifle (for me personally).
Comment:
I bought it today, walked on a large carpet, first dry, then wet. A cat lives at home, there is a lot of wool - the carpet was cleaned almost perfectly for the first time, tomorrow I will walk again and will keep it in this state. This is my first experience with this kind of vacuum cleaner. I thought about buying Thomas for a long time, but after watching a video on YouTube about his car wash, I finally changed my mind in favor of 4002.

Advantages:
Washes perfectly, collects all the dirt, because very powerful, washes furniture well (as well as car interior), excellent water consumption, the ability to vacuum without using a bag, the ability to use not only special means for kercher when washing

Fully met expectations! I took it more for cleaning floors (there are no carpets in the house at all - I don't like carpet "animals"), because the house has only tiles and laminate-washes perfectly! It washes away all the dirt conveniently and quickly, leaving behind a scent of freshness and no streaks (but you need to adapt, at first you were), the furniture washes well, what they write is that it is not very big, Thomas is much larger, the kercher is less space takes, it is about the size of a Wax (who knows, he will understand), it performs its functions with a bang and at the same time costs adequate money (again, comparing with the same Thomas), was taken from the officials, so the build quality is excellent, so everyone, who have animals in the house and hate the smell of dirty rags - this thing is for you!

Advantages:
Great vacuum cleaner! I vacuumed the carpet at my grandmother's, which had not been washed for 15 years, it took 2.5 hours (carpet 12 sq. M), but after washing it JUST DO NOT RECOGNIZE it! Like New! I collected a lot of wool (a cat at home) and dirt from my carpet (kind of clean). Although I cleaned it periodically by hand with a brush. The vacuum cleaner is easy to wash, easy to roll, assembled with high quality. I chose between Thomas and Körcher. The choice fell in favor of the latter, since confused by the reviews about the difficulties with washing the Tomas after cleaning, their price is higher, some problems with the HEPA filters. Everything is simpler here. Spare parts are easy to get (in Novosibirsk, at least), there is a service center.2 year warranty.
Disadvantages:
A bit noisy (doesn't matter to me). Quite large in size. It is difficult to put the carpet powder into the clean water tank (the hole is small) using a teaspoon.
Comment:
An excellent vacuum cleaner for a reasonable price. Very happy with the purchase.

Advantages:
Washes and vacuums. It all does very well. Easy to operate. Easy to disassemble and clean. There are no corners of any kind, etc., where the dirt would be hammered tightly. Large wheels - easy to roll.
Disadvantages:
Noisy.
Comment:
A good vacuum cleaner makes your home noticeably cleaner.

Advantages:
An indispensable helper for cleaning sofas, carpets and mattresses in a home with small children! All stains of any origin are perfectly washed away (especially dirty places need to be rinsed several times). Easy to clean. I have experience using Thomas. Heaven and earth!
Disadvantages:
It is very bulky for daily cleaning, so I started a second vacuum cleaner for dry cleaning. The cord does not unwind (and it is rather long), during cleaning the tube is disconnected due to its unreliable fixation. But you can adapt to these disadvantages, because there is much more effective benefit from it.
Comment:
Overall, I am very pleased with the device! The husband is especially happy, because no longer drags the carpet to the dry cleaner. The child-stained sofa has acquired its former freshness and cleanliness, which can be easily maintained.

Advantages:
Has been working with parents for 5 years almost without complaints. Dry / wet cleaning.
Disadvantages:
Bulky. The vacuum cleaner hose is not inserted / removed properly. The water supply valve is stuck.
Comment:
I am writing specifically to suggest how to easily cope with the problem of sticking of the water supply valve. Remove the top with the motor (without hoses, filter and water tank), take it to the bathroom, turn it over and put it in the tub. Take a 10-20 ml syringe, fill it with plain tap water and push it into the hole for connecting the water tank. For the best effect, you can make a rubber seal around the syringe tip. Make 2-3 passes, assemble the vacuum cleaner and try. The water has gone - well, the repair is over. There is no water, we repeat the procedure. If that doesn't help, welcome to the Karcher service :)

Advantages:
Completely replaces wet cleaning of the premises. The floors are clean, as if you were going to wash them with your hands or a mop, and dry immediately. Excellent cleaning quality. All dirt is easily discharged into the sewer. Easy to clean. No consumables for wet cleaning. Powerful. If you spill something, he will easily collect everything. Personally, he saved me from flooding my neighbors when a pipe burst - he collected everything, not letting the water spread !!

We need competent care. It is advisable to take only for smooth floors. Decent size.

Very satisfied. Serves for a year now and no complaints. Excellent cleaning quality. As for myself, I noted a huge plus that you can clean upholstered furniture with wet cleaning. all the dust leaves it.

I have nothing to compare with, I have not used vacuum cleaners before. I looked in the direction of all sorts of Thomas, there I was embarrassed by a large hemorrhoid (as they wrote), followed by cleaning and washing of the vacuum cleaner itself. I didn't want that. With Karcher, this is very simple. For dry cleaning, here they write that the bag is in use, but I use water, which I pour into the container for used water. Then I just rinse the container and the filter sponge. With a sink, everything is very high quality and quite convenient. Overall, I recommend!
