Advantages:
We use it for 2 years (two children), an irreplaceable thing. You just need to properly care for the device. Rinse immediately and gently wipe the membrane and all parts with a cotton swab.

Quiet, it is convenient to inhale a sleeping child. Compact, can be taken on trips or hospital. We use only saline and medicines for inhalation, rinse under filtered water - the membrane, mmm, has never clogged.
Disadvantages:
No adapter included. We need to get used to collecting it.
