Advantages: From a distance - cute. It blows very well even at first speed. On the second, it is scary to turn on - sweat evaporates from the body instantly, the face becomes covered with a crust of ice, and the clothes begin to separate from the body. ... But, as you know, power is never superfluous (hello, motorists)! Rotates up and down and left and right. Makes airflow when cornering. Metal grill (reliability, safety, noiselessness).

Disadvantages: Close up you can see a very mediocre plastic molding. Build is not a fountain. Very noisy (as if I were at an old airfield and somewhere nearby an airplane was warming up the engine). Vibration. Misalignment. There is a faint foreign smell - perhaps grease (hopefully the grease - and not the insulation melts), and possibly burning metal. For 1000r and above, I would not take this device. But, fortunately, in some places the prices are closer to reality (I took it for 490 rubles in one well-known grocery office). PS Based on the results of six months of operation, the smell has disappeared, the noise has decreased.

Comment: At first I wanted a fan in the office on a clothespin (there is a sorely lack of space on the table, but there is no room on the floor in principle). Then I saw this miracle on a leg for 490 rubles and decided that, in principle, I didn't really need a clothespin, and a fan could be put on an MFP that was next to it - on a curbstone. Now I'm chasing him - I'm waiting for the smell to stop. Then I'll try to "file it up" - remove the sprues and other unnecessary rubbish from the body and the propeller - I hope that after that the sound will become quieter and the eccentricity will disappear. ... During assembly, I was struck by the fact that the propeller was not fixed on the axle in any way (the floor turntables have a left screw that tightens the propeller, but this one is not). In connection with this fact, the good news is that the casing of the propeller is metal and it is attached to reliable clips: if the propeller flies off, I - most likely - will survive and get off with a "slight fright". PS The first photo is on the day of purchase. The second photo - six months later - October 8, 2018. Works flawlessly.

Advantages: Quiet, low consumption, swivels, and may NOT swivel.

Disadvantages: no

Comment: Norms fan, razmerchik norms, set Dimmer, finally lose the flow that you need, and silence.

Disadvantages: Air flow cone with the diameter of the impeller, do not expect wide airflow. Soft toy plastic, though thicker than your child's dump truck. "Tilt adjustment" = 2 positions: "straight" and "slightly down". In my copy, the impeller is very slightly unbalanced.

Comment: I bought it to replace the noname buzzing like a turbine ... Quieter noname, much more. But noname had better plastic. Noneim periodically performed the function of blowing the street smokers back out - this one cannot do that, his head does not turn higher than "straight". Noname could be twisted in all axes due to the less "classic" design. The impeller is not screwed to the axle by anything; it is supported by a spring wound around the groove for the axle. But it seems to be holding tight. It is unclear why not PWM or some other way of smoothly changing the speed.

Advantages: Appearance, not large and not small), a long cord, tilt down one division and that's enough, there is an auto-rotation - in principle I do not use it, 2nd speeds, if it is on a table with a computer, it blows very strongly, if already used in set the sleep time remotely, then the second speed comes up, but a small noise already starts, although it is more from the blades (wind noise) when the air is driven than mechanical noise. I bought it for 664 rubles, a cheap and useful thing!
