Advantages:
- Quality - Convenience and ease of use - The nipple for the bottle deserves special attention. I really liked the teat technology from this company. It is designed in such a way that the infant will only be able to consume the filling if he makes an effort, that is, the contents from the bottle are released through the teat only when "sucked". This system allows you to approximate the condition of breastfeeding as much as possible.

Overall, very happy with the purchase. Swiss quality justifies its price deservedly. Of course, there is nothing to compare with, but before buying, I went through the comparisons and reviews, for which this model deserved the choice.

Advantages:
Compact, easy to use, efficient. Helps to get rid of congestion, not to bring to mastitis. Also, with the help of it, I created a milk bank, now I can safely leave the child for my mother's day, the milk is frozen in bags, and go away on business without worrying about feeding the child.
Disadvantages:
It may be loud, during the day it is normal, but at night I go to another room from the one where the child sleeps, because he sometimes wakes up from the sound of a breast pump.

I thought for a long time to take a manual or electric breast pump, the difference in price is still significant. I decided to take an electric one, because I am lazy and I know that I will not be buzzing all the time with my hands using a manual one. Not a bit regretted. I had my first childbirth and when the milk came it was tin, my breast was like two cans, I walked around holding it with my hands, because it seemed to me that if I did not hold it, it would fall off from its weight. As a result, the breast pump simply saved me, hung on it all day when milk came, it painlessly unhooked and removed the stagnation. The girls in other wards, who did not take any breast pump at all, had already been manually dissected by the nurses, they just screamed and cried in pain. In general, this was one of the most useful purchases in preparing for the birth of a child, I definitely recommend it.

I have nothing to compare with, the first and last breast pump. The child has been using expressed milk from the third week, so for 7 months the breast pump worked on average 6 hours a day. It copes with its task, but there is one serious drawback in my opinion. Flowing! The device is screwed onto the bottle tightly, but no seals are provided, therefore, with any tilt or shake, the milk flows not even in drops, but in a trickle from under the thread. For the same reason, the body should always be in an upright position, which is inconvenient when you have to express a lot and often.

At first, I took this gift negatively, thinking that I could spend more on myself and there was no desire to even try the manual one. In comparison, I can say that the manual one was more convenient for me. I could not even think that it would be so.

Choosing between manual and electric, chose this one. Although it is more expensive, they were definitely not mistaken with the choice, you cannot pump it up manually!

Medela's kit is impressive: here you have a bag and strings and even a spare membrane for the valve, which for half a year of frequent use of the breast pump (4-5 times a day) was never useful. But, as a bonus, it was still pleasant. It is quite easy to disassemble and assemble the breast pump: once you figured out how and what is screwed on and off, you can do it with your "eyes closed". The valve head is detached from the connector a little tightly, but, probably, this is intended to protect against leakage.
