I read reviews before buying. They are different. I thought, people, apparently with a different approach to ironing and steaming. And I bought it. Immediately: do not take perfectionists-super-neat. I myself, in principle, do not shy away from slight negligence of appearance. And the steamer worked great for me. Iron for me is hell, hemorrhoids and an ambush. Dancing with the ironing board and that's it. Piccolo really blows with steam, really smoothes, but not perfect, the surface will remain a little of such a small-relief chtoli. But for me personally, this condition completely satisfies. In addition, I have never been able to perfectly iron shirts from some nasty fabrics with an iron. Plus, you iron it, it happens diligently, and then you wear it for an hour or two, and it doesn't look so smooth. So it goes.

I bought it specifically for steaming curtains in the country. Everything suited me, I steamed both tulle and blackout curtains. I use it in the country instead of an iron. You need to pour water in half or even less so that you don't spit.

Looking at first at this frivolous-looking "teapot" the color of Italian orange, I still doubted its declared capabilities. However, it really steams cotton, woolen, knitted, and other various things from delicate fabrics with dignity. Perfectly "ironed" my woolen demi-season coat. It doesn’t matter, perhaps, it only copes with things made of thick cotton and linen. Boils quickly, easy to use, takes up little space. In general, he is my assistant.

As a handheld steamer the MIE Piccolo is an ideal option IMHO. It copes well with creases, while taking up really little space, almost like an iron. It is convenient for them to steam out outerwear, light dresses and blouses; it is simply irreplaceable for steaming curtains. The tank is small, i.e. for steaming a large number of things, it will not work, it is better to take a floor steamer, well, or a steam generator, and if you need to put 1-2 things in order here and now, then a manual steamer will do just fine. It is made of plastic, which makes it relatively lightweight, easy to use and does not get tired. The plastic is of high quality, all connections are tightly fitted, nothing flows anywhere, does not drip. Best recommendations from me.

I think that such a product is needed in every home, since he will also clean suede shoes, steam jackets before the season, and iron any clothes - even shirts, even jackets. Very satisfied!
