We live in the village. We have been keeping our cow for several years. Accordingly, without such a device in the village, as without hands. My wife and I have been using this separator for a little over two years now. During the entire period of operation, no defects appeared and there were no breakages either. It still works as if it was bought yesterday. The device is quite powerful. It can work for one hour without stopping and separate up to 80 liters of milk during this time, which is quite enough for a rural economy. Half a liter of sour cream is obtained from 7.5 liters of milk, but much still depends on its fat content.
All parts are made of food grade aluminum and are of good quality. Everything is easy to clean and does not rust. I am very pleased with this device and recommend it to all lovers of real sour cream.
