There is a model entirely with a plastic bowl, but it is 2 times more expensive and I suspect it has its own separate electric motor for rotating the bowl. The plastic toothed frame has 4 slots on the inner side, connected only by a thin plastic strap as thick as a match. During the first use (kneading the dough), this jumper burst. The bowl began to slow down when the gear on the mixer approached the break point. During the second batch, the frame broke completely. Now only the mixer itself is used in manual mode.
