Tonic as tonic :) nothing special :) yes, it tones. Doesn't cause any redness in me. The fragrance is unobtrusive. Dries the skin significantly :) for the winter, most likely, even owners of oily skin will not work. Otherwise, he doesn't do anything else. I have a combination skin and he dries it oochen (without cream anywhere), and he dries where it is necessary and where it is not necessary :)
