I think the phone is the best after the last one on Symbian! Yes, KaiOS is still damp, but it is quite suitable for basic actions. In the course of using the phone, it turned out that the memory card should not be inserted instead of the SIM card, but above it (photo attached), from which it follows that the phone works with 2 SIM cards and a memory card at the same time! I also could not understand why he did not see music and video from the memory card, it turned out that you just need to go to the appropriate section and wait 7-10 seconds and everything will appear. What I would like to see in the near future in updates: 1 - the ability to put your music not only on a call, but also on other events (alarm clock, notifications). 2 - contacts, calculator, calendar and camera on the joystick keys, at least for now without the possibility of editing! (access to contacts with the joystick down is implemented for any push-button telephone!). While I go to contacts by pressing any number and the left button, but this is 2 clicks, I want one! 3 - so that birthdays in contacts are displayed in the calendar! In my opinion, this is elementary: to go through a cycle through contacts and enter DR in the calendar, or by requesting to select all those whose birthday is filled. Moreover, there is an update button, and I did not succeed in synchronizing the calendar with Google.4 - the ability to create groups and put your own ringtone on each! 5 - grouping music into folders. And a file manager would be great! 6 - operating modes (normal, quiet, in the office, etc.) with the ability to set by time. In general, like on old Nokia. 7 - judging by the headset (no button), answering with a button and switching tracks is not possible. I would very much like to introduce myself)). 8 - after clicking on the "notes" button, return not to the main menu, but to the desktop. Why in ch. menu, I don't understand. I tried to write bugs in the OS by importance (1 is the most important)

Access to messages and missed calls - through the left soft-key (signed as "Notes", but for me this is the tenth thing). - The interface is very well thought out in some places: for example, it is convenient to follow the link from "Messages" to "Browser" and back. And there are many such little things. The "hang up" key works as in siemens (one screen back; however, a long press does not work), and when entering text - as the "C" key (if anyone remembers this on old buttons). Once again, the organization of the menu is not the worst. Another thing is that it all slows down ... - Not a bad multimedia speaker. Reproduces music with dignity. It is good to listen (to listen to) videos from YouTube. At the end of the list of ringtones, there is a rather vocal melody. - The sound in the headphones is also good. - In standby mode, it keeps a charge for a week if you turn off the Internet. ADDED: - The screen is of high quality, with good viewing angles. However, it lacks brightness (see the "Commentary" section below).

Disadvantages: - Really slow interface. In principle, the same as in cheap android smartphones. - Poor functionality, compared to the old Nokia (even the Series-40 is much more functional). Copy-paste text when typing SMS is impossible. Using T9 is another punishment: the built-in dictionary is poor, but there is no user dictionary. It might be better to just turn off T9 in the settings (Settings - Personalization - Input Methods - Use Prediction - Off). Or use it sporadically, switching modes with the pound key. (By the way, to change the language - long press on the hash; but first you need to select the second language in the settings). - The interface is completely illogical in places. It is not clear why leaving the list of missed notifications you find yourself in the main menu. (ADDED: fixed after update!) - Glitches. There are many of them, but they are insignificant and, in general, do not interfere with life. - YouTube. There is no question of any comfort when watching video on a small screen. There are still not enough physical volume keys. - Dumb applications. The Twitter app is just a standalone browser, with additional functions on the soft keys; the YouTube application is also a "browser", although the navigation in YouTube is better. In general, there are few applications in the store. As expected, no Java (the operating system here is Kai OS). There is no normal weather application (3310 is better in this regard). - Advertising in applications. In some applications, ads are shown at startup (you can turn off the Internet if it is not critical for the application, for example, in games - and then ads will not be shown). - When you put the device on a flat surface with its back down, it strives to behave like a spinner. - There is no absolutely silent mode: only vibration or a call at the minimum volume (on the scale it is displayed as one division out of fifteen, but it is still too loud for the minimum level).

Comment: I bought it a month ago. As a telephone for talking, it is very convenient. Everything can be forgiven for a flip, there are simply no analogues (although it is not clear how maintainable it is). On the microphone: you can hear me well. Conversational speaker: the interlocutor is heard well, but the upper limit of the volume could be made "higher". TWO MONTHS LATER: Whatsapp appeared in the app store. More recently, an update came (the firmware version is now 16.00.17.00), after which the interface became a little faster (the autonomy did not change), and some of the roughness in the menu was eliminated. Yes, and the body on the back in the middle did not rub as much in three months as I was afraid at first. WITH ALL THIS - THERE WERE MORE DISADVANTAGES: - The screen is completely unreadable in the sun. And even in the shade on the street, the screen seems dim (it's all at one hundred percent brightness!). But indoors it is normal. - The application can remain in the background and overnight consume the entire battery charge (this is how the Sokoban game behaved from the application store; the Internet was turned off: the application may have been trying endlessly to establish a connection - but this is just my guess). This was not the case with standard applications (browser, YouTube). So, if you regularly use third-party applications, you will have to periodically turn the phone on and off ...

Advantages: Dialer with 3 / 4G, form factor: fashionable-stylish-youth

Disadvantages: The software is very stupid and in no hurry to update. When searching in the phone book by letter, it gives out some kind of heresy, it sometimes freezes and you have to repeat everything again. When working with the menu, you can return to the main screen only by repeatedly pressing the "back" key. You guys really saw a push-button mobile for the first time in your life ?! Well, holding the "hang up" button can not assign this task?! Sometimes there is an involuntary double click (instead of a single one) of the joystick, in any direction. Hull material. There are many, not to say scratches, but rather rags on the case, on black it is very noticeable. Over time, the lid began to bend when sliding and press buttons, mostly 258.

Comment: I do not say that it is a retrograde, but as the main dialer I prefer a push-button telephone, ideally a clamshell (the second is a shovel, it is inconvenient without it nowadays). And modern manufacturers do not want to produce a quality product in this niche. NOKIA, I think it turned out better than others, but there are indecently many stocks for this price and with such experience in this industry. The feeling that the task of creating a push-button device with all modern bells and whistles was set before people who have known only touch-sensitive tiles all their lives. Or a terrible degradation of developers. At work, they issued a SIM card only with 3 / 4G, for this reason I had to replace my favorite Alcatel 2012D with another one. I suffered for a couple of months with the RugGear RG160, but there the insanity is stronger, I was forced to fork out for 8110. Against the background of RugGear, it is certainly good, but in comparison with classic push-button phones, it is degraded. Without an urgent need, but for that kind of money, I would not buy. I will add. Three months later, the screen stopped turning on. I answered calls like in the good old days - not knowing who I will hear, and this is just on New Year's holidays. Thanks for the nostalgia. With the service, by the way, everything is fine, it was repaired for about a week, the display and the cover were changed. I hope it will live longer, but this is clearly not the immortal nokia.

In fact, if we abstract from the listed shortcomings and jambs, do not impose extremely high requirements, believe me, for this price, this is a very good device! This is the most advanced push-button phone on the market for the money. It is reliable, tactilely pleasant and comfortable in the hand, perfectly fulfills its main functions. Do not just take the word for paid negative reviewers on the net until you try it yourself - this applies to any technique. The consumer in the bulk is choking and the requirements for budget technology are often inadequate - if this phone was made of metal + a slider closer like the 8800 + a good camera + sapphire glass, then it would cost 20-40 thousand rubles, I'm sure - resp. what claims can there be? The system is raw yes, slow yes - for calls it suits me perfectly. It is clear that the system update will not be released until as many already released phones are sold.

Comment: I decided to write my own review only about the work of WhatsApp in this phone, since the rest of its parameters are well described in other reviews. So, as of May 15, 2019. WhatsApp is up and running on this phone. To do this, immediately after purchasing the device, update the firmware in it (now it is software version 16.00.17.00), then go to the "store" and install WhatsApp itself. At the moment, the version of WhatsApp for nokia is not able to make voice calls and video calls. All other functions work. The phone was bought in Moscow in an ordinary store of one of the largest Moscow retail chains.

Those who complain about the jambs of a button, buy smartphones. The phone is normal, but not for 2019, 500 numbers will not stand.
