I have a carpet with a long pile so I walked several times. Once with a triactiv nozzle and once with a turbo brush for greater efficiency. Used at medium power as indicated on the vacuum cleaner. I took out 2 containers of dust, I didn't think that I had so much of it. Even visually, the carpet is cleaner. I see reviews about the turbo brush that it is not good enough, but I tried it and a lot of hair was wound around it. It is not difficult to clean it. We squeezed the button, got it out, you can cut off all the muck that is there with scissors and just throw it into the trash bag. Small tips are also very good. For those who have a lot of upholstered furniture, there is a special attachment that fits both on the telescopic tube and on the corrugated hose itself, on which this tube is attached. Conveniently. There is also a plastic brush on the handle and this is a very indispensable piece if you have a computer and a keyboard. 5 minutes walk and no dust. Emptying the container is not difficult, but some of the dust is dispersed in the air, so I run to the chute and empty it there. Regarding filters, there are only 2 washable pre-motor, which is installed in the container and at the outlet of the hepa filter (as I remember, it needs to be changed once a year). No complaints yet.

Advantages: Looks good, pulls well, compact, a dust nozzle (which is compact) is very conveniently made - right on the pipe, just press the clips and pull it out, there is no need to drag to the vacuum cleaner storage place.

Disadvantages: A completely plastic carpet brush does not give an impression of reliability (I thought there would be metal in the latch at least), although this is subjective, an uncomfortable dust collector cover - when removing dust and washing it, you constantly need to hold it, otherwise it tries to slam shut.

Comment: In principle, I am satisfied with the vacuum cleaner, if we compare with the old assistant, then this one, quite powerful, does not make much noise, the power regulator is smooth, it is easy to dump large debris from the container, but it is dusty, the process of emptying the dust container is as dusty as that of a bag vacuum cleaner, the situation is saved if you pour there water and wash everything, and then dry it. Foam and fabric filters require regular rinsing and drying. I liked the smaller nozzles, the main brush works and looks good too. The turbo brush is absolutely useless, it is included in the kit as a dummy, only to pretend that it is there and keep up with competitors, it can be thrown out immediately, or returned for melting. Perhaps I would recommend it to friends and acquaintances if it had no turbo brush and cost a little cheaper, but then I would not have bought it myself.

Advantages: I can compare with the FC8472 vacuum cleaner. Better brush your floor / carpet TriAktive. Convenient to have a furniture brush. Vacuum well. Two filters are washable. Plus, there is a power adjustment on the body. The built-in brush on the telescopic handle is convenient, you can vacuum the skirting boards. Although at first it seemed that it was from her in the first days of working with the vacuum cleaner that there was static electricity (since this brush is not in the FC model and static electricity did not arise)

Disadvantages: The dust container has a non-removable lid, but a hinged one. Which is inconvenient. After cleaning, the lid is also dirty and dust is falling from it. A large bag is required to empty the garbage, otherwise everything spills out onto the floor. Removable in the FC 8472 vacuum cleaner. During the first work with a vacuum cleaner, there was a strong static electricity, then, when it was connected to the metal and with each new cleaning, it decreased. Not now.

I reread all the comments on this model, and I want to write my impression, since there was Samsung before. Power is just a beast)) - after cleaning, there is so much dust in the container, as if it had never been removed before, although cleaning is carried out every day, the pile on the carpets has risen and the carpets have become brighter or something ... It is very convenient to adjust - carpet / laminate ... the triactive brush is very convenient, it has a switch from carpet to linoleum (bristles are extended), switch the power regulator on the vacuum cleaner and on the telescopic pipe, depending on a hole for air opens from the surface (icons are drawn there) so that the motor does not overheat ... in early reviews they complained about the connection - everywhere there are errors and insignificant gaps. The telescopic pipe is very long, they also complained about the oak hose - normal, ordinary, I didn't have any questions. Shaking out the container, you need to get used to it ... maybe those who wrote the reviews were owners of similar models and they might not like something, but before that I had a custom bag and Philips don't even compare. In general, it is very inconvenient to have such a large glass; it is very difficult to shake it out without dispersing the dust over the whole room. Further, the filter - it is in the dust after processing one carpet. Definitely not suitable for daily cleaning. Vertical parking cannot be used if there is dust in the container, because it enters the part of the container where it should not be and, when turned on, immediately falls on the filter.
