One of the largest Russian-language media about gadgets

The exterior of the Pioneer SE-MS7BT delicately flirts with retro styling, and this solution seems very successful. On the one hand, wearing headphones, you don't feel like a person wearing a futuristic gadget on your head, on the other hand, you won't look like a radio operator from the mid-80s. Pioneer's designers were able to strike a balance between these two extremes and make very beautiful headphones. The assembly lines did not fail either - all the parts fit tightly to each other, the seams on the skin are neat and strong. SE-MS7BT gives the impression of an expensive and high quality device.

In terms of ergonomics, like any other headphones, the Pioneer SE-MS7BT is worth trying on before buying. The headband is moderately rigid and does not create unpleasant sensations when worn for a long time, the finish of the ear cushions is very soft and takes the ears into a pleasant ring. It seems like a cross between your favorite pillow and headphones is on your head. In terms of comfort, there are no complaints, however, large cups run the risk of being large for people with small heads and may not fit snugly - it is at this point that you should pay attention when buying. But if you have no problems with most on-ear and full-size headphones, fitting can be neglected.

The sound and battery life of the Pioneer SE-MS7BT is fine. With headphones, the operating time is 9-11 hours, if you do not twist the sound to the maximum. The volume margin is very large, the bass is distinct. At the same time, there is no hum due to overabundance of low frequencies or squeak from abundant high frequencies. SE-MS7BT turned out to be versatile and suitable for any musical direction.

If you want to get the maximum sound quality from wireless headphones, then the Pioneer SE-MS7BT will delight you with a quality-to-value ratio. The developer decided that it was necessary to provide the buyer with a stylish case paired with sound, so that those who know a lot could buy a good gadget for adequate money. These are full-size closed-type headphones, they provide excellent sound isolation, while the ear pads are made of expensive material, which makes the ears less sweaty, there is no discomfort during prolonged use. The sound here, of course, is very suitable - the middle is perfectly heard, the high frequencies are not bad, the lows are excellent.

For those who listen to a variety of music and want to get pleasure from it, while not giving up cosmic sums, the device is simply excellent. The weight of the headphones is 290 grams, which is very noticeable on the head, but the weight is due to the metal and the reliable design of the headband. The battery life is 12 hours.

At first glance, the Pioneer SE-MS7BT headphones give the impression of a serious, solid device. In the form of headphones, metal, eco-leather, stylistic trends of the 1980s and modern trends in techno fashion found harmony. Such a model is definitely not advisable to a teenager brought up on club music. Its audience is experienced music lovers who want to have “cozy”, versatile and quite “adult” headphones for thoughtful listening. Smoothly curved "forks" - suspension of cups - a feature characteristic of many studio headphones of the end of the last century give a special chic to the device. Noteworthy is the overall build quality, the sharpness of the lines, neat seams, and in general the attention that the creators paid to every detail.

Elastic, flexible, but moderately rigid headband is completely tightened into the skin - softly adheres to the head. The ear cushions are rather large, completely surrounding the auricles. An important distinctive feature of the ear cushions is the characteristic “anatomical” smooth thickening of the “cushion” in the lower part. Thanks to this, the ear cushions simply fit perfectly to the head - softly and at the same time acoustically "sealed". As a result, the Pioneer SE-MS7BT headphones are easy to wear while providing excellent passive sound isolation.

Fans of Pioneer headphones choosing them mainly for their punchy disco bass will be somewhat discouraged here. Here the bass is delicate, not "overwhelming", but quite mobile and musical. The scene is wide and clear enough. The high frequencies are slightly "lightened", but in such a way that the balance as a whole emanates "frosty winter freshness", if not even to say "sobering jelly". That is, it is not an option for those who like “warm”, “velvety-plush” sound. However, in the voice of the Pioneer SE-MS7BT one can read a certain subtle, noble impartiality. And it is she who makes the model universal for listening to music of a wide variety of genres - the model will be of interest to those who have a subtle feel for music, and not just perceive it as “energy doping” for everyday activities.

For their price, these headphones sound surprisingly interesting and look aristocratic. The model works great in both standalone (wireless) and wired modes. True, in the second case, it makes sense to choose a cable more serious (than the one that comes with the kit) - to fully reveal the sound and aesthetic potential.
