I apply the oil to damp hair from the middle to the ends, then blow dry. I can't say that it moisturizes, it seems to saturate the hair with something and it looks great. Sometimes I apply oil to dry hair for shine, again it looks gorgeous, I use it as thermal protection when straightening hair. I do not believe in synthetic oil care, but my job - to create instant visual beauty - is doing just fine. In my opinion, it is suitable for both dry and oily hair. It is consumed economically.
