I bought to replace Brown 5280 (served for a year) because his tweezers broke and did not grab the hairs! They sent me to the service center. They say that the mechanical defect is to blame. Pay always attention to what the tweezers are made of. This rovent has both of them made of stainless steel. I have been using it quite recently, but I have already managed to appreciate it. Copes even with microscopic hairs. It really works for 40 minutes at maximum speed, while it takes only an hour to charge! There is a soft mode - this is the first speed. I use it on armpits and bikini. Massage balls really somehow help to minimize pain. I'm happy with the purchase - I recommend it.

This is my first epilator, so there is nothing to compare with. Regarding pain: the ability to use the epilator in water undoubtedly makes the whole process more comfortable. On the legs, discomfort is minimal - it seems that you are just doing "nettles" :) As for the bikini area - it's just hell! However, this device still deserves a good mark, since painful sensations in delicate places, it seems to me, cannot be avoided in any way. Especially if this is the first experience

My 5th epilator, there is something to compare. It copes with its functions, but it does not diminish the pain and it is necessary to go through the same place several times. Sounds pretty nasty to me. Exfoliation attachment works well for ingrown hairs
