From my own perspective, I can say that after a week of taking 4 tablets a day, my hair stopped falling out. I compared the composition by the amount of nutrients - all vitamins of famous brands lose. Their composition is poorer.So I definitely recommend Solgar! The only thing is, the gynecologist additionally prescribed iodine (because the norm of iodine for pregnant women is 250 mg per day), well, I decided to drink Omega 3 for myself.
Disadvantages:
The original American instruction recommends drinking 4 tablets a day. What, if you google it, is exactly in line with the norms of nutrient intake. I don't understand why, in the Russian translation of the composition, the recommendation for taking was changed from 4 tablets to 2. It turns out that one jar is enough for 15 days. And you need to drink them throughout pregnancy and during feeding. Compared to other vitamins for pregnant women, it is expensive.
