You have worked the day, it is dark outside, you have no strength, you rush home, ate, you don't even have the strength to sit down at the computer. You fall on the couch, hold the gamepad in your hands, launch Until Dawn or something else and auth, rest. Or, for example, you sit and think, damn it, there’s something to go through, so that it doesn’t disappoint. You watch pre-orders on PS4, and there is a new God of War, Days gone, Detroit, but soon Last of Us 2 will arrive, and you understand, that's where the scattering of hits is, that's where it is. And at the same time, for each of them, you are guaranteed a cool grafon, smooth FPS and gorgeous optimization. And most games come out on PS six to one year earlier than on PC. Also a plus. To reduce the cost / achieve compatibility with all games released on ps4: - they inserted the same outdated CPU into Pro in overclocking,who are simply not able to prepare 60 frames for the GPU in games with complex graphics. Therefore, in new projects, we will have all the same 30 as on a regular ps4 (but stable). - they split the GPU in half, and if there is no Pro support in the game, then only half of the GPU will work for you. On the other hand, Scorpio with such a CPU will repeat the fate of PRO - it will be the same huang that just works as intended - current resolution, stable frame rate, slightly less soap, and, by and large, that's it. Secondly, the reviews about its too noisy work and overheating are greatly exaggerated. Of course, it makes noise when, for example, loading a disc. When it comes to games, there is a difference. What immediately catches your eye is the increased FPS, even where things were bad in PS4 (in Hitman, for example). The quality of lighting, particles and shadows is also noticeably toned, weather effects, fog and more look great. Thus: - noise like a vacuum cleaner? No, within the normal range - there is practically no difference in the market? There is a difference. If not in the image, so in the performance. - there is practically no content for the pro? The content that reveals at least 80% of its capabilities is really not enough, but these are quite suitable games such as Horison, Tomb Ryder or Ancharted 4. Another thing is that in the first year of the life of an ordinary ps4 there were also few projects, but they understood that the console was designed for future. Here is the same topic. Next year, several good projects from Sony will come out at once, such as Spider-Man, The Last of Us 2, God of war, Day Gone, Detroit: become human. We are also waiting for Red dead redemption 2 from the creators of GTA. I am sure that it will justify itself. Does it make sense to take a pro if there is no 4k TV? More likely no than yes. Advantages: Very powerful hardware for a price of 24,000 rubles (at the time of purchase (without growth)). 4K is not native, but not just stretching, but checkerboard rendering (not upscaling even once - it works differently), which still looks good. HDR perfectly complements the picture - on good 4K + HDR TV games look great. Game patches that improve graphics. Even for unpatched ones, you can raise the frame rate - for example, in the single Killzone Shadow Fall we get almost stable 60 frames. More powerful hardware = better graphics in the future, higher frame rates, and a much better picture in VR. The hard drive immediately goes to 1TB - and for good reason, 500GB is already not enough. The gamepad is in my opinion the best one at the moment, not counting the Xbox Elite. The PS4 Pro / Slim going to the PS4 has been slightly updated in comparison with the usual one - the backlight from the panel is visible on the touchpad, the colors have changed slightly and the buttons are tighter, everything is matte. It can also work over USB completely, which can reduce latency for games where it is important.Of the smaller advantages - the buttons became physical, a USB port appeared on the back panel. Well, actually all the standard PS4 advantages.

Disadvantages: The same inconvenient one-ear headset included. The gamepad does not hold a charge for very long compared to the previous one from PS3, but it does not interfere with regular recharging - there is no feeling that it has not played enough, but it has already been discharged. The console is quite quiet, but in patched games, sometimes the fan overclocks and is well audible, although it is still quieter than the beard. The speed drops quickly - not particularly critical. Game developers are reluctant to update games for the Pro, but the arrival of the Xbox One X should give them a boost. The standard minus of consoles in Russia is that they are expensive. In other countries, this is easier - AAA games cost the same at $ 60 / € on PC and consoles, but here the difference is twofold. But used discs and services for renting games will come to the rescue.

Comment: I bought it primarily not for 4K, but with a head start on the future and VR, and if you are interested in 4K, it is better to wait for the next generation or build a PC for this, which will be very expensive and hardly worth it. So far, 4K gaming is barely evolving. Here it will be rather just a nice addition. But, if you have a 4K / HDR TV and / or PS VR, this console is a must-have for you. And even on a 1080p TV, you'll at least get higher frame rates and graphics improvements in the future.

Advantages: I will consider it exactly as Proshka. As Sonya as a whole, it makes no sense to describe everything anew. On a 4k TV, everything is fine. You can prove to me with foam at the mouth that it does not pull 4k, that the graphics are at the PC level for 20k, etc. I have a gtx 1080 in another room and it also does not take out 4k. And in exclusives from Sony, the graphics will do most of the games at max settings. The same ancharted produces an amazing picture. And there are plenty of bushes and lighting and hdr and anti-aliasing. There are already a lot of games patched. Here the witcher will be driven up one of these days. Wi-Fi gives out the full speed of the provider (100 Mbps). 12.5 MB per second. 50GB in ~ 1.5 hours. Dimensions. She's still small. And still lightweight. Disadvantages: There are a lot of games locked at 30 fps. Even exclusives. Well, you make the graphon easier, but give at least 45 FPS. Even in some games without 4k. But these are claims to the developers all the same. Noises in graphonist games. Be healthy in the ancharted. Pay for a gorgeous picture. Sometimes the image with sound disappears for a second. It is very likely that the 4k stock cable does not export. I bought a new one for 10.5 Gbps. It still happens. But it seems less often. In general, I have not yet established the cause.

Comment: There was a veil, slim, and now Proshka. I do not regret that I bought it, because 4k TV set. The difference is visible on the face. The Witcher full HD passed, even from 4 meters it is clear that not full resolution. But the stall, ancharted fifa, etc. Look good. Irritating lok 30 FPS. Developers are too lazy to release patches. Only the stall offers variability. Dark souls pulled up the same FPS for example. Why can't the same GTA or Witcher in 30+ run. You don't need all 60. But just unlock it. Although 45 is no longer 30.
