Disadvantages: - does not support Dolby Digital Plus sound (aka E-AC-3) - refuses to play Dolby TrueHD + Atmos soundtrack in mkv files, although it plays back from a blu-ray disc (which states that the original sound in Dolby Atmos) without problems - when played in 4k 60p HDR will automatically convert to SDR - does not support wifi 5GHz. and you can't watch movies at 2.4 4k - disgusting-looking subtitles when playing mkv files (see photo). Subs with blu-ray are displayed in normal font. Perhaps it depends on the encoding. - poor navigation through the video being played: - you can only rewind with the <<, >> buttons; - jump through chapters with the buttons | <,> | only works for disks.
