Whatever they say, but its presence in the phone is a definite plus. 4. Screen. He is wonderful. It seems like oled, but the shima is practically not felt, the calibration is excellent - in the standard mode there are very natural colors, especially in people's skin. 21: 9 scares off in the photo, but in real use it turns out to be very convenient. Plus the phone is narrow in width, and I can again clasp it in my palm - what a forgotten feeling. Plus, it's more convenient to intercept. 5. Battery. Finally, SONY has installed a voluminous battery in its phone. For them, 3600 is the top of the volume. 11nm processor, oled-screen and such a battery - it takes me a day and a half to work. Important: I do not play on my phone, my use: calls, instant messengers, a camera, and a lot of music, incl. streaming. 6. Scanner in the power button. It's just convenient. 7. Shell. In the reviews, some people write that they installed a third-party launcher. What for? If XPERIA doesn't work for you, don't overpay. For me, the shell is convenient - they are close to Android ONE, however, they allow you to remove the search bar from the main screen. Plus nice animations. There is no garbage. 9. Updates. I'm not a fan of updates, but all the current sony that I had (z3 compact, z5 compact, xperia x) received updates on time. Moreover, in my memory, the company has never brought the phone with updates to a state of lagging something, unlike my previous Nokia 6 - the OM update to the 9 made it non-usable. 10. Multitasking on such a screen is mega convenient, especially in landscape orientation. You can customize commonly used application groups. For new owners, advice: when I first turned on, I did not have a mobile Internet (beeline). There were calls and SMS, but no Internet. The solution is simple: connect to wi-fi, and in the setting of the mobile network in the phone, click "download Internet settings". Everything will work. My phone is manufactured in Taiwan. The vibration is neither bad nor good. It just is. On flagship SONY it is definitely better. I like the sound in the headphones, it's a little "soft". All codecs for wireless headphones are included. NFC is powerful, while it works without failures, it catches 3-4 cm from the terminal. Built-in memory of 128 GB, plus support for high-speed memory cards. They did not regret it here. The phone is definitely worth the money. It is clear that this is a mid-range model, and for that kind of money, you will find phones with already 700 series of dragons. But it won't be SONY. The next model from Sony that you can buy is the xperia 1 II, which costs around 80 tr. ... I like the design, the way it fits in the hand, the sound and the screen. The speaker is hidden in the lower part of the front panel. - Soft (debatable): pure android (out of the box 10) with minor improvements (namely improvements) from Sony - a couple of features for convenience, a side menu in a separate tab and a few little things. No garbage in the form of unnecessary applications. Some people love some incredible launchers and shells - for me, it's dust in the eyes. Here everything is very cool implemented. It does not slow down, there are no minor bugs and shortcomings like many Chinese - EVERYTHING works perfectly without dancing with tambourines. - Sound (debatable): well ... I did not feel any hardships and inconveniences from one speaker. Yes, not stereo, but the speaker itself sounds fine. Headphones - the sound both in the wire and without the wire (I have all the headphones from Sony) is balanced, it sounds very decent, high quality. Here competitors may be similar, I admit, but you will not find BETTER sound in your ears. There is no system equalizer. Alas. Sorry.

The price is a very interesting story. I bought my phone for 26,300 rubles, then on the same day ALL the sellers on the market SIMULTANEOUSLY increased the price of the phone to 28 thousand. Then again they all increased to 29 and now they all have a fictitious 5% discount. It seems to me that this is not very fair. Total: the phone has a number of very serious advantages: 1) Style in the little things - it's Sony all the same. 2) Ease of use - everyday tasks are performed by five. For some reason they scolded the speaker / microphone, but why - I can't understand, because both are in perfect order. When I first turned it on, by the way, I also downloaded updates, but there were no lags after that - everything flies. The phone itself has many different features in the settings (for example, you can adjust the font size, etc.), a trifle - but nice. +100500 more for convenience. A separate plus: the location of the fingerprint scanner Did two scans (for one hand and for the second), fits like a glove, reacts right away - sometimes even when not needed, so sensitive: D And one more plus: 3.5 mm jack. The main reason why I once abandoned the Xperia 1 and 5 models, but here it is finally present. Just happiness.

Disadvantages: For almost a month of work, those especially critical were not found. Sometimes the camera can focus for a long time when taking a picture (on auto), but this does not affect the quality in any way - everything is clear, not blurry. When I'm in a hurry, I can't hit the little keyboard with my fingers, but here is my joint.

The supplied headset solves its tasks (the sound is loud, does not rattle), the speaker is normal, mb a little quiet compared to something else (say, the ZL was quiet), but enough for conversations. I also like that any application can be easily minimized to half the screen. In fact, I rarely use it yet, but sometimes it's useful.

Disadvantages: The camera is slow. Perhaps this is my curvature, but the delay before the pictures is striking. There are no complaints about the quality of the photo. Lack of Sony's album. I can't google photos, I had to spend time choosing an alternative application. Well, the usual Sony shell is not enough. Screen - I would prefer IPS, I even considered models 1 or 10, but 128 G of memory and jack outweighed. Shim is felt with regular use, alas. MB will get used to it.

Comment: I bought it instead of the half-broken XZ1, ordered it on ebay. As a fan of Sonya, I looked closely at 1ii, but did not dare because of the price. For me, moisture protection is important, so it's definitely a plus. 2) Screen ratio 21: 9. This is generally a miracle! A lot of content in messengers, social networks and the browser breaks in at once. The only thing is that the stories on Instagram and Facebook are not optimized for this ratio, so they are scaled down. Games are also not optimized, not all, but I'm not a special fan of games, and this phone is not for that either. Although complex on medium work fine. 3) Performance. Despite the average chipset, nothing slows down, everything is optimized just fine. 4 GB of RAM is enough here, the system itself + services consume only 2 GB. 4) Autonomy is just super. I squeezed 7.5 hours of the screen out of it without any problems. Usually it is Telegram, Chrome, Tims, Outlook, on the way there is also music through YouTube Music. I also watched the video, but did not record the time. 4) Pure Android. Yes, he can lose by all kinds of chips in different shells, but most of them simply do not need them. I like minimalism and simplicity, but the possibility of customization, if desired, has not been canceled anyway. 5) Lack of garbage. This is a consequence of pure Android. Initially, Google applications are preinstalled (there are some that I personally do not need, such as One, Duo, Play Movies), Netflix, Facebook and Amazon Prime Video also came from the box. I use the first two, I just turned it off. 128 GB of memory is enough, so messing around with deleting via adb is pointless. And yes, you cannot delete them. 6) Fingerprint scanner on the side panel, combined with the lock enable button. Nice tactile, nimble, rather large. 7) Sound in headphones.

Disadvantages: 1) Camera. She is simply awful, sometimes it seems that it would be better if she were not here. It is good only for photographing texts, and then you need to try to keep it smooth. Lathers everything he sees. Daytime shots can be made good, but as soon as it gets dark, hell begins. Compared with 3 devices - Xiaomi Mi 8, Samsung A5 2017 and iPhone 7. Sony lost to everyone, despite the fact that the competitors were old phones. Autofocus misses, no stub. The 2.0 aperture is not very good for darkness. The stated night mode is very bad. He can't shoot in RAW, so Google Camera can't fix it all. With third-party applications, such as Snap camera, he already shoots more decently. Apparently, the problem is primarily a software one. Sony never learned to use software. Therefore, personally, on trips, I will have to carry with me an old Xiaomi Mi 8 with a second device, which shoots three heads higher, and the Google Camera in it works wonders at night. Here is such a crutch. Or you need to buy a stabilizer so that there is not such a terrible soap from any sigh. In general, if a camera is important to you and you do not have a DSLR / mirrorless camera or a good second smart, then this option is definitely not for you. 2) Complete charging. I have a gray version with an English plug, but it doesn't matter. The trouble is that the charging is 7.5 watts. This is no comment at all, it is easier to charge it at night using the smart adaptive mode. But this option does not always work. so I had to buy a proprietary 18-watt Power Delivery charger. Other fast 18 watt units like QC 3.0 do not charge this phone quickly. So you want a quick charge? Buy in addition. The price is biting, more than 3 thousand. This is generally wild, as for me.Android is about versatility, not these crutches. 3) The network catches confidently, no problems, but in the metro at stations and then on the escalator, the network cannot be found, you have to restart it through the autonomous mode. Not the fattest, but still a minus.

Comment: In general, the impressions of this device are very mixed. On the one hand, the divine user experience from the size, screen, pure Android, on the other, a huge minus to the camera, just such that he goes one for 3 plus. And before that I read and watched a lot of reviews, but there are photos + - they turned out to be normal, but I can't do something at all. Even in manual mode, where you can't adjust shutter speed and ISO at the same time, for example. And so I wrote a very long review, so I will summarize: if you need a phone for work, instant messengers and watching videos, then there is no better option. Lightweight, nimble, long-lasting, looks original and solid, not a Chinese Christmas tree toy. But if you still want to shoot, then look at older models or then combine it with another camera. I had to do just that. I can't say that this is very burdensome, but I want all the functions to be in one place. Also note that for more comfortable work you need to buy all sorts of things - fast proprietary charging, a stabilizer, good headphones are also needed to reveal the divine sound from Sony. In general, a controversial device for not the smallest money. If he cost 19, then there would be no questions to him at all, he would be a king. And already competitors are running out.
