hiss from electrical interference when connected to the system unit (the power supply and the motherboard are of high quality and expensive - not their fault) the wires are poorly insulated or not at all isolated from interference. On a laptop, such a problem was not noticed, how and if you listen to music from your phone.
Comment:
How I got rid of electrical interference (hiss and hum) in idle time: 1. I put a ferrite ring on the main wire (you can buy it at a radio parts store) - the background noise became slightly less, but it remained. 2. I connected the power supply of the USB speakers to a surge protector (pilot type) in which I have a built-in USB socket (for charging phones 5V 10A) - the noise disappeared altogether. (similar pilots can be found in stores;) Conclusion: I would recommend this acoustics rather for a laptop.

Don't look at the size. The speakers easily produce loud, clear sound. There are no wheezing or rattling sounds in any genre of music. I connect it to a laptop, power is supplied via USB. You know, the sound is better than through the laptop's built-in audio system. And the volume is larger.

My wife's compact speakers broke down, I was looking for a replacement according to reviews. Basically, everything matches. In its segment, compact speakers for individual listening to music and other things are almost ideal. Both the design is decent, and the build quality is not bad, and, most importantly, the sound is good (much better than that of broken speakers, and even better than that of the laptop itself (built-in speakers on a laptop are not about anything at all)).

For this price not, but here: It is clear that they are small in diameter and one cannot expect a mega powerful sound. It is clear that watching cool movies is better with more powerful brothers. You can certainly arrange a disco with them, but it will be dull. This is rather an option for just an ordinary computer or laptop, or for background music. It is clear that more powerful options should be advised to any person, but the point is in the price. The wires are a bit short - preferably located near the system unit. If it is on the floor, it may have to be extended. In addition to the 3.5 mm plug, there is also a USB connector on the wire for power supply. It either needs to be stuck into a computer or into a charger with a USB connector from the phone, for example. It's easier, of course, in a computer, but the speakers will take 1 port. It is clear that the manufacturer does not invest in such a charger - the price would have increased by a couple of hundred.

I highly recommend if you need high-quality tweeters, although we can't call them tweeters - they play better, cleaner and louder than many TVs.
