We are very glad to see this pancake maker in the house. The cooking process is greatly accelerated (compared to a frying pan). It takes very little time to cook one pancake. The pancake maker is lightweight and easy to use and clean, but you need to adapt so that the dough covers the surface with an even layer and does not flow into the joints. So far, we are making pancakes with dry edges, but homemakers have a different attitude to this, I, for example, like these. We add oil to the dough when making it and grease the finished pancake, and especially the edges, because they can crumble right away. The wire, as it turned out, does not interfere at all, although they considered the wireless version of the pancake maker. We are happy with the purchase, and especially useful for Shrovetide.

Unable to endure, she immediately kneaded the dough according to the recipe presented and began to bake. The recipe is great. Pancakes are delicious, thin, as I wanted. You just need to adjust to the baking time, that is, to find exactly that golden mean. If you remove it quickly, they will be pale. And if you keep it longer, then the edges dry. And the first pancake, even with such a liquid dough, was not lumpy. I advise everyone. Thank you for a great product, I'm going to buy another friend as a gift, I'm sure she will also appreciate it.
