Customers Reviews For ZTE Blade A530

Rating: 4 out of 5
Advantages: - removable battery - screen - appearance - event indicator - cost of the device
Disadvantages: - firmware requiring revision - small selection of covers even in the country of origin
Comment: I chose a budget employee with a removable battery, tolerable autonomy, at least 2 GB of RAM, compact size. Chose between MOTO E4 and SAMSUNG J5 (2016). But suddenly the ZTE Blade A530 appeared, in favor of which I made my choice, which I do not regret. A530, having a large screen diagonal, looks more compact than the MOTO E4 and J5 (2016), due to the fact that they are narrower in width, since it has a screen with 18: 9 proportions, which occupies almost the entire frontal area of the body. And the price for it was lower than the prices of competitors. There is an event indicator - an LED, to the left of the earpiece, of a small diameter (less than 1 mm), lights up red or green. The battery capacity is 2600mAh, which is less than the J5 (3100mAh) and comparable to the MOTO E4 (2800mAh). On average, the charge is enough for 30-40 hours of battery life. This is 7-8.5 hours of "Screen". But with the display of statistics on battery consumption by the screen, there are problems on my device. It is displayed, then disappears, then reappears for a reason unknown to me (see screenshots). Moreover, the indicators themselves are calculated correctly, checked by a third-party application. I will reflash, or wait for the firmware update. I didn't decide. For now, I get by with a third-party battery statistics program. A video call via Skype consumes the most battery: 20 minutes - about 10% of the charge. Watching a full-screen video on YouTube 20 minutes - about 5% charge. The main camera is 13 MP, but the instructions out of the box say that this is interpolation from 8 MP. A budget camera of the lower level, autofocus is available, writes 1080p, 30 fps. By the way, the same MOTO E4 has a maximum of 720p recording. Front camera - 4.9 megapixels, writes 720p, 15 fps. RAM and processor power are enough for my needs, which do not include games. AnTuTu - 47200 parrots. Multi-touch - 5 touches. I did not experience any communication problems - I can hear well, and they can hear me well when talking. You need a cover, the device is like a bar of soap, it tries to slip out of your hands. I hope that I will have it before the need for it disappears.

Advantages: The price is tasty, the screen is good, the hardware is enough for a smartphone. Both SIM card slots are said to support 4G.
Disadvantages: Conversational speaker for C grade. I can't hear well. The speech is illegible.
Comment: Inexpensive. The screen is good. I can be heard well and clearly, but I can hear poorly. It is a pity that such a parameter as sound quality is not written anywhere and can only be subtracted in reviews. After all, this is primarily a phone and it must perform its main function. Hopefully, the manufacturer will release a firmware that will do something with the sound quality from the earpiece.

Advantages: 4G both sim cards, albeit alternating, i.e. any slot has 4G, but then the other will only have 3G. GPS catches well. Cool screen. And of course the price.
Disadvantages: Camera, poor performance, battery.
Comment: This device suits me, I took it more as a navigator, which functions it performs so far with a bang, it finds satellites quickly, even in a room where the navigator, albeit old, does not find it, only on the street / in the car. There is no camera, one running application, in principle, does not work badly, not to say that it is buggy, but once you launch another one, the device immediately starts to slow down. The batteries with not the most active use are enough for me for 2 days, while the old Philips W6500 holds 4 days, for me this is unusual of course. The phone is very slippery, I need a cover, I'm waiting from China, I hope I'll wait. In general, a good device for its price.

Advantages: Low price, large screen. The camera is no more than average, but it can be given an extra point for a well-developed night mode.
Disadvantages: Chip Mediatek: does not overheat, but the performance is not top either
Comment: A pleasant device with a nearly spade screen. I took it as a gift to the older generation with a hint of mastering modern gadgets. About the device itself: it is convenient, all basic functions are in the shell, the device itself keeps charging during the day and heats up moderately. About the camera: it shoots quite well in good weather (for the money, of course), mediocre in electric lighting conditions, and surprisingly well at night. The text can be recognized without problems. I do not recommend using zoom without the need. General impression: you can take it. Don't count on miracles of technology for a penny, but stability won't let you down either.

Advantages: Excellent price Removable battery, "honest" dual-SIM (you can use both a memory card and two SIM cards at once, unlike many newer models). The operating system also pleases with the split-screen feature.
Disadvantages: Camera - I was specifically looking for a phone with 13 megapixels, since my old one had the same and it more than suited me. However, here it is much worse. Incomprehensible blur at the edges, it is unrealistic to take a picture of a page of text, except for very good lighting conditions, I still don’t dare to post something from my phone to Instagram. You can live, especially considering the price and other advantages, but not without disappointment.

Advantages: Functionality, price
Disadvantages: it was necessary to take 3 \ 32 ...
Comment: I took it purely as a backup, plus to work as a navigator in the car.But in fact, a couple of months of use - it may well work for the main one. From the pros: he cannot boast of anything particularly powerful, but he is not talking about that at all, since, as I understand it, he was made a specialist "sufficient" for full-fledged household functionality. Well, due to this, the price has been reduced several times. And he does all the household tasks I have for a smartphone. So, in terms of performance / cost balance - ZTE is a definite offset. Separate respect for 2 SIM cards + SD card in simultaneous mode and a removable battery. It's a holiday right now.

Advantages: An excellent smartphone for the money. There are no brakes at all. Pretty good camera. Shoots well at night.
Disadvantages: It is not always possible to find a cover, the battery is not the most powerful, but it is enough for a day of work.
Comment: ZTE Blade A530 Good budget workhorse. Ideal for both schoolchildren, students and retirees. Pleased with the well-made night mode. I would release the most popular versions of smartphones with a reinforced battery, even if they were thicker and more expensive, but if a parent walks with a phone that he really likes, then the child is 99% likely to want the same. And so for half a year I was like, bought myself a more tenacious version, transferred all the settings and use it, and you give the first phone to the child. As an added plus, you can quickly teach your child how to handle him.

Advantages: bought for 5500r, reliable, hardy, looks, iron pulls, the camera will go, Akum holds, there is 4G, enough memory
Disadvantages: sometimes the screen backlight does not work, the brightness does not decrease or increase, it is solved by pressing the lock button several times, when the memory is overloaded, some applications, games may not start, the smartphone freezes on restart, could not boot, reset to factory settings, you need to keep it on when starting lock button and volume up button, after turning on deleted files, applications can be restored, retrieved from the cloud

Advantages: Not a bad screen, good earpiece, pretty good performance for this price, the battery lasts for a day.
Disadvantages: external speaker, too many highs, the sound in headphones without settings is pretty average.
Comment: not a bad phone, for my money it hasn't upset me yet, it's a pity there is no print, there was no model with a print when I took it.
