However, if you immediately twist the meat on a small lattice on a pulley, a lot of veins are wound, so first I twist on a large one, then on a small one. The meat grinder is very small and narrow - at first I was very mistaken that it was weighty and regretted very much that I had ordered delivery from an Internet store - this meat grinder is very light and small and it is better to pick it up by self. To represent the size - it is like a 3 liter jar turned on its side. Regarding noise, it makes quite a noise even than our vacuum cleaner, so if you have a small child or family members sensitive to noise, you will have to somehow guess the moment to use this device - the reason for this strong noise is in the manufacturer's economy and the stupidity of engineers due to the use of plastic a case that is poorly ventilated and therefore has wide slots for cooling the engine, which is easily visible and therefore such noise (sound insulation is not just at zero, but -2) (more on this separately in the "Product Discussion" section). Many wrote that the knife and grates quickly rust - I wash these parts with natural soap made from olive and laurel oil, then I throw them into a cup with poured sunflower oil and grease these parts sensitive to oxidation there - it will not damage the grate and knife with oiled sunflower oil, and even will help in the manufacture of minced meat. Although even parts lubricated in this way still later have 1-2 rusty spots, this is not particularly critical. If you decide to buy this meat grinder, then you should take a model with a juicer nozzle - this nozzle does not make much juice, but the instructions indicate that this particular nozzle is needed to make sausages at home. The set includes 4 safety clutches.
