Advantages:

The drivers on the manufacturer's website are not built for Kali Linux.

Advantages:
Well, actually the most important plus is (!!!) Injection (!!!), but it supports it, and in Windows too. Power - you can heap as much as 2.5 watts. This adapter is also supported by CommView WiFi. Stable pings. You can tweak the simultaneous use of multiple access points.
Disadvantages:
Not without a fly in the ointment. There are dumps on Win 10.. The network itself in the system may unexpectedly fall off, due to a failure of updates or a clumsy installation of the CommView driver -Please make a point before manipulating. Can suddenly decide that it is connected to USB 2. Some dances with a tambourine in Linux.
Comment:
In any locality (except cities - they will quickly find and punish), poked at the roof, and within a radius of 1-2 km (stable) there is a signal. You can overcome the dumps by installing a driver from Win 7. I chose between Alfa Network AWUS1900 and this one. Awus 1900 poor sensitivity and much more (see review), so the scales tipped in favor of this.

Not a bad thing, the signal holds well, no breaks were noticed, for me for online games and surfing the Internet + torrent download, it fits perfectly. I bought it only because of 5 Hz. Before that, there was an excellent cheap 1000r excellent external Wi-Fi adapter USB-N14, but there is only 2.4 Hz, if someone has enough, take the asus do not regret it) if someone needs a dual-band, take an alpha network!) Together with it comes a small diameter mount (rounded ), hung it by the monitor on the bracket, horns stick out, now it doesn't hang out anywhere on the table) PS I suffered for a couple of days and did not understand why it was falling off usb 3.1, in general, in the device manager in USB Controllers in Properties in "Power Management", be sure to uncheck the "Allow turning off this device to save electricity ", turned off the tick and no dumps.

When working with Win 10, it falls off steadily. It is treated by installing drivers from Win 7. You cannot download drivers from the official site (At least at the time of writing a review), so do not try to throw out the installation disk.
