Advantages: A wonderful device for an elderly person with poor eyesight. Small error, in contrast to the device of another company. The numbers are clearly visible, plus the voice acting ...
Disadvantages: ... I didn't like the voice acting of the tonometer readings. The speaker is not bad, loud, but not all elderly people will be able to make out. The cuff is short, but this is more my nitpicking than a disadvantage, since it is still convenient to use. The price for me is high cotton wool, but it can be justified by the quality. We'll see.
Comment: Not everyone needs the options in the tonometer, the quality of the device is excellent, until it glitches. Generally satisfied.

Advantages: 1. Large numbers and sounding results 2. Quiet compressor 3. Comfortable cuff 4. Cover (only the quality of the material is not very good) 5. Indicators of the position of the cuff and movement during measurement.
Disadvantages: 1. Very loud voice assistant, not a pleasant robotic voice, stutters. At minimum volume, it still sounds loud. 2. Deleting measurements from memory one by one is impossible. 3. The fat round dot on the cuff is misleading when properly fixed (it would be better if it weren't).
Comment: I recommend it at a price of less than 4 thousand rubles, since the purchase justifies itself, because from competitors without a voice with the same advantages, you can buy 1.5 times cheaper. A device with an incline for the visually impaired with raised points. The voice assistant is amusing at first, but then it starts to annoy and eventually you turn it off. The indicator of movement during measurement is a convenient thing, it warns that the measurement needs to be repeated - many blood pressure monitors do not have this function, and they make overestimated measurements. The cuff position indicator has not been tested, as it is bad for the compressor. As a result, for me it is a very quiet operation, a cool cuff, large numbers. A priori is an adapter, memory, case, famous brand.

Advantages: I bought a UA-1300 tonometer for my mother. Before that, she used a mechanical one. It is very convenient to use - you do not need to swing the pear, you just need to fix the cuff on the forearm, take a comfortable position and press the large START button. Pros. The display is large and the numbers are large, which was important when buying, and there is also an interesting voice information function - it says the pressure numbers and what range it is in (optimal, low or high). I really liked that it warns of an incorrectly worn cuff if a person moves or talks during the measurement, as well as the pulse icons in the form of a black heart and a white heart icon when an arrhythmia is detected.
Disadvantages: Minuses. Difficulties arose at first, when fixing the cuff on the arm. Before that, in a mechanical tonometer, there was a conventional cuff, but here is a “universal painless cuff”. But my mother got used to it pretty quickly. There is no screen backlight, if measured in dim light, but here comes the voice assistant and the sound can be adjusted louder and quieter.
Comment: In general, we are satisfied with the device. It is convenient to use. And the guarantee for it is 10 years!

Advantages: Convenient audio assistant that speaks in a pleasant voice. Large soft cuff (23-37 cm) fits a full arm. There is a calendar and a clock, so it is convenient to search for data in memory for 90 measurements later. Operates on batteries and mains. Many useful options: movement indicator, indicator of the correct position of the cuff, setting the level of the expected upper pressure.
Disadvantages: No
Comment: The tonometer is excellent, takes measurements quickly and accurately, plus - many useful options that are not available in other models. Slightly more expensive than other blood pressure monitors, but as practice shows, all the additional options are really necessary and useful, especially when it comes to an elderly person who can miss some trifle without prompts that affects accuracy.

Advantages: Excellent machine. The body is made of expensive quality plastic. Large display. Loud speaker. Correctly measures the pressure even with arrhythmias, the old Japanese "OMRON MX3" gave an error during arrhythmia and did not measure the pressure.
Disadvantages: I don’t find it.
Comment: As a paramedic, I had to deal with a variety of blood pressure monitors, in my opinion this model is the best at the moment. The 10-year warranty alone is worth it.

Advantages: Tonometer by AND A&D, Japan Automatic tonometer A&D UA-1300 With a speaking assistant indicators of cuff position and movement during measurement Arrhythmia indicator Cuff 23-37cm Fast, easy and accurate Memory for 90 measurements What is a plus is there is an adapter included, and batteries are AA 4 pcs. WHO color scale Calendar and Clock Storage case included And now he measured my blood pressure from himself. It is convenient to keep track of him when you are already hypertensive. The pressure is under 150 for me and in critical cases it can be 200 when there is severe inflammation. So when you have pressure, analgin does not help you, you need to first measure the pressure after taking a pill for pressure and only after that it decreased to drink analgin and then the head will not hurt. The tonometer speaks in a female voice. pharmacies 3.947.00 There is a brail font, which is a plus. The tonometer is completely satisfied. I recommend it for purchase. Disadvantages: There are no them, everything is included in the kit, there is nothing to complain about, I fell in love with the tonometer. I recommend buying a blood pressure monitor just super.
