I chose between two models - the A&D UB505 model and the B. Well MED-57 model. The first model has a large display, but no backlight, loud. I carried out three measurements according to the instructions and received sky-high values at which only in intensive care and everything is quite different. carried out measurements on the second model, the measurements turned out to be almost the same and corresponded very closely to the shoulder tonometer (microlife BP A100 compared with it). I was pleased and chose the B.Well MED-57.

A lot of bad things can be heard about the wrist tonometer, and there were certain concerns about accuracy. But everything is more than successful, it measures perfectly. Either my hand is so “suitable” or something ... but everything is exactly up to tenths. Among other advantages, I can note that it is very convenient to take it with you, there is a special plastic cover that reliably covers the tonometer, and takes up very little space. Quite lightweight, which can also be attributed to the benefits.

I need to measure blood pressure throughout the day, keep a cardio diary. In this case, you don't even have to undress, it is enough to bare your wrist, and everything can be measured. The measurement process takes less than 1 minute. Readings are displayed on one screen: upper, lower pressure, pulse. The device has a backlit screen, which makes it possible to measure pressure even in a dark room, or when the main lighting is off. Convenient not to wake up your husband. The tonometer weighs quite a bit; the kit includes a plastic case in which everything is perfectly packed. The whole set is rather modest in size, fits into a regular shoulder bag. I am very pleased with the purchase. If you are looking for something compact and precise, this is definitely for you.
