Comment: I bought a used BEHRINGER U-PHORIA UM2 set, NADY CM-60 microphone, wires, stand. I was hoping to save more than 2 times. After reading reviews about NOISE, I thought that this could not be, because the company is serious - it produces professional equipment with which I work in a conference room at work (mixer, compressor, feedback suppressor, etc.) On the first day of using UM2, noises can not be dealt with succeeded. It was noisy by itself, without wires connected, with regulators at zero! Both channels were noisy, the level was about 42 dB. It turned out that the drivers connected automatically in Windows 7 are the cause of the problem. The generic ASIO driver from the official site does not help. As far as I understood from the descriptions on the Internet, the UM2 comes without a CD with drivers, it is impossible to download them on the BEHRINGER website. Comment: I was not going to buy this thing, but after reading reviews all over the place, that everything is noisy and has a long delay, I could not resist and try, is this unit so bad. And here are my observations on this matter. I must say right away that I use it to practice the guitars at home, I did not connect the microphone, I tried recording and various emulation in guitarrig (in fact, I am doing it). What you need for any audio interface to work: POWERFUL processor (I have an i5 7300HQ) connect it to USB 3.0 download the manufacturer's driver from the link from the early reviews. download ASIO in the same place using the links of the second version Configure: my settings are the ASIO driver, at the input a sound card, with all boosters, buffers and checkmarks turned off, at the output a laptop sound card, also with everything disabled. The ASIO buffer itself is 64 samples. At the same time, the total delay is 0.6ms (yes, yes, less than 1ms) at 192000hz quality. Everything is fine. I connected it on the same settings to the old laptop, there i7 3 series with the U index is weak. This started the problems, delay and loss of sound. Draw conclusions)

Comment: Took it from a friend, I wanted to check how it would work in tandem with my condenser microphone. The drivers downloaded are those that we recommend. Installed. I went into my DAW (Sound Forge), set up AISO. I found no noise, just a straight line. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the sound quality. nothing to compare with. I like the device, I think I'll take either the same or the Audient iD14. The price tag, of course, varies greatly. This card, as for me, will perfectly cope in a home recording studio.
