Advantages:

The design is simple and straightforward, and everything is done to the best of his ability. In general, there is nothing complicated - if you carefully read the instructions and the recipe, you will be able to make good cheese on the first try. I get about 2.5 kg of cheese at a time, I form heads by half a kilo and go to the pantry - it’s very expensive to look at the stocks.

At first, you still have to go to the store, because you want to experiment, and experiments are not always successful. But after 1-2 months of use, you already find your favorite recipes, fill your hand and you can forget about cheese from the store.
