Advantages:
Heating from 0 to operating temperature in 15 seconds. The glue is hot and not half cold like some other guns, so there is time to shape it, smear it on the surface, etc. The glue is dosed accurately, the drip protection really works: nothing extra from the nozzle never flows out. Inside the pistol there is one standard lithium battery Samsung 18650 at 1.5 Ah, which can be easily replaced at the end of its service life. The charger is also standard - micro USB, 5v / 500mA. A very convenient, pleasant to use tool.
Disadvantages:
A thin nozzle delivers glue in a rather thin layer, so the gun is not suitable for gluing large volumes, for example, when you need to fill some form, body, container, etc. with glue. For high volume applications, it is best to use a separate gun with thick rods.
Comment:
An excellent gun for small jobs: modeling, gluing parts, etc. Inside the gun there is a board labeled Steinel glue pen, so if you come across a Steinel glue pen for less money than Bosch, then feel free to buy - they have a lot in common, if not everything.

Advantages:

the glue feed sometimes slips, you have to press the button several times, there is a scheme for upgrading with a blade on the internet, but I scored, the efforts are small, so you can press the button and press.

Advantages:
Fast, convenient - I only use wire steinel for large volumes. I feed with Dremel consumables.
Disadvantages:
It would be possible to add a more powerful battery and a charge indicator, at least on three diodes. Over time, it ceases to cling to the rods, modified on its own (see comment).
Comment:
After about six months of non-rigid operation (1-2 packs of rods), the glue rod stopped picking up, it was only possible to work by squeezing the glue with the second rod manually. It was too lazy to go to the service - I made it out. Modified the rocker arm with a retractable tooth simply by sharpening it to an acute angle, making the tooth more aggressive. The rods stopped slipping. No more problems. Later, when this battery dies, it is possible to replace it with a higher power, using a lithium 18650.
