When you add the filling - nuts or raisins - to the cake dough, the hooks mix it all into the center. Then you have to mix it manually a couple of times. Besides, there are no problems. I advise you to buy.

Advantages:
have been using it for over a month. absolutely delighted! hands are free, and the dough for pancakes is made for charlotte itself! and all the baked goods taste more delicious! I took an ordinary charlotte for a biscuit, it was so airy. I beat everything with whisk. I haven't tried the dough hooks yet. I don't even understand what they are for, maybe for a thicker yeast dough?

I noticed that there are few negative reviews on this model. Although expensive, I still decided to take this particular model so that it would be convenient and pleasant to cook. I liked it very much! The bowl rotates, thanks to which everything is whipped quickly and evenly, although the bowl is without a lid, there is no splashing. We have small children, so the level of the noise they make played an important role, now the mixer does not scare them, as it is inaudible! It can be used as a complete set with a bowl or separately, as an immersion. Bought in the store for 2500 rubles. It fully justifies its price.

Well, what can you write, just advice: Cleaning - pour the whipped into another form, rinse the bath, pour cold water, put under the blades, turn on at 5 speed, and zip - everything is clean. Drying nozzles - raise the mixer - that is, remove from the bath, turn on the 5th speed, wait 30 seconds, and remove the attachments. Here are all the cleaning tips.

I bought this miracle. On average, I am satisfied with the purchase, but there is one "but". Very low power. If you want to beat the meringue, then beat for a very long time at the fifth speed. Otherwise, everything is very convenient and good.
