I compared it with Vitek, which has more attachments, but Bosch won, it is just that there are still small household appliances of this manufacturer in the house, and there are no complaints about it. When I started to use I realized that really only two attachments are needed - a knife, and an emulsion disk for all kinds of creams and whipping foam, producing mayonnaise (recipe included). My first product made with this device was a latte, before there was nothing to whip the milk foam, but it settles quickly, maybe you need to use more fatty milk. I used to dream of a coffee machine for the sake of this very foam, but now it can be made with a grinder. The second product was a milkshake with peaches, which, perhaps, can only be served in an expensive restaurant. Later, he became more perverted, and made a peach-cherry, cherry seeds, of course, must be removed. Then he wanted cutlets and made minced meat. Shreds quickly, 10-15 seconds is enough, if longer then baby food is obtained. This is certainly not a real meat grinder that can grind veins and bones, but it copes with this duty, the meat should be without veins and finely chopped. If you want to make more minced meat at a time, then take the older model, it has a glass bowl of 1.5 liters and a power of 800W. The cutlets were successful, they turned out very tender, and it is better to lay the products all at once, otherwise it turns out baby food with a filling. While washing, I cut my finger on the knife, a sharp infection, although it did not touch it hard. There is an interesting feature, they cannot grind radish and ice (ice attachment in the older model).I can still understand the ice, but why can't you grind the radish? And here's another, about the older model, in a glass bowl you can make mashed potatoes, although it seems possible in this one, but somehow scary.

Advantages: A great helper in the kitchen for busy people! I grind everything: vegetables (beets, carrots, cabbage) for borsch, fish and poultry for minced meat. Works daily, with heavy load for more than 2 years! I'm not overjoyed.

Disadvantages: Soft vegetables do not grind (onions), but you can put onions with carrots and everything will be fine.

Comment: The price and quality are great! Will fail over time - buy the same.

Disadvantages: Maybe there is almost a lack of power - sometimes it "pushes" on meat (but twists) .. There was no ice knife in the kit - they cheated ??

Comment: Leaves uncut pieces (but I think this is the case with all similar devices). How to deal: periodically tilt the body or shake it. Generally, I recommend it.

Advantages: Perfectly chops and crumbles, cuts and grinds. Knives keep sharpening for a surprisingly long time: I have been actively using them for several months. I decided to clean it today, sleepily touched the blade, cut myself, and quite deep. Sudden minced meat with blood turned out))

Disadvantages: Disassembling and assembling is difficult at first, you are afraid to break. Then it seemed to be easier. And yet, personally, I would like a bigger cord! The length is not always sufficient, especially when the outlet is near the floor.
