Took a sample for homemade sausage. A kilogram of meat grinds into the emulsion in three passes. Better even for 4. A pound of meat in the medium fraction will chop. It is not designed for a long load, the instructions indicate the intervals: work 15 seconds, rest for a minute. Heated 500 watts indicated are not felt. Subjectively no more than 300.500 watt food processor with chopper works much more efficiently. The knife is sharpened well, with a tricky configuration with 4 cutting edges. In one direction, it lifts the contents up and, rather, whips. In the other, it presses to the bottom and grinds. There is an instant stop mechanism when the lid is opened. There is a spring hidden inside the knife, there is no access to it, if food gets into it, it is not possible to wash it. The design of the bowl is comfortable. There are two elastic bands: the bottom anti-slip and on the lid. Confused by the through bolt securing the knife, time will tell.
