I bought this Brown blender at a discount instead of the old Bosch blender. The old one is also working, but there is no shredder in the kit. I really liked this blender - the powerful -750W. , there is a smooth adjustment of the speed of revolutions, but I often use the turbo mode when whipping cocktails, making mayonnaise, chopping soups to a puree consistency. It is good to grind meat into minced meat in a grinder, you do not need to get a meat grinder.

I have been using the blender for a year and a half, an unpleasant detail was discovered - it is necessary to wash the whisk, the immersion leg and the lid of the chopper very carefully so that water does not get into the places where the rotating elements are, inside the plastic cases. I did not follow this, because I did not know, in the end, apparently, everything inside was rusted, the whisk nozzle began to work a little worse and emit an unpleasant buzz. After 5 minutes of operation, it heats up (although it seems to be a standard for such devices), which worries me a little when they need to work for a long time - it suddenly overheats and burns (and it is extremely undesirable to stop on the same proteins). I never found a storage place for him - it is stored in a box. Although it is good that there are many attachments, it takes up decent space) Small volume of the chopper. Batter or cocktails overflow if you overdo it with quantity and chopper speed.

In general, I'm happy with it. Without him, the kitchen is like no hands. I practically do not use the immersion part, I mainly use a whisk, less often a grinder.The whisk is a little loose, but this is rather my carelessness in handling the technique - I often try to increase the whisking speed by leaning the working whisk against the side of the bowl (well, you can really increase the whipping speed!).
