Reliable, budgetary, convenient
the vibration mechanism jammed twice a year (decided on the spot)
This equipment is suitable for working in cramped conditions, where a vibratory roller and other means of large mechanization simply will not enter. We bought this slab especially for the object since the width of the strip of rammed soil was one meter.
The machine did not work well, it started up perfectly in frost and, with a weight of ninety kilograms, was easily moved by one operator, the base of the plate is rounded, which allows you to work well the surface near the corners. The lifting loop allows you to easily throw the plate into the truck, and by the way, the handle is equipped with some kind of mechanism that really reduces the transmission of vibration to the operator's hands. CHAMPION PC9045F proved to be a reliable unit during the year of operation, six operators have changed (all treated it differently!) And the vibratory plate continues to work and starts up from a half-barrel.
I bought a replacement for a more expensive one while it was being repaired. As a result, now we work only with this vibrating plate, since it is much more convenient.
I bought it for the company 1.5 years ago. Works great - during this time 2 more expensive plates died. Kitayrulit !!!
