Comment: For a long time, my Lenovo B575 laptop is noisy like a turbine, or rather its cooler is noisy. He himself was released in 2012, and the first time I handed it in for cleaning in April 2015. But I have the impression that his thermal paste has never changed, therefore his cooler roared. In 2018, its CPU warmed up to 90 degrees, and the cooler was spinning at 2000 rpm! And so his cooler rotates at an average speed of 1740 ... 1800 rpm, but the CPU, video card and motherboard warmed up to very decent temperatures, sometimes 72 ... 85 degrees. The cooler roars like a turbine. Although the cooler of laptops, in fact, is a turbine, but it is rather a waterwheel in appearance, although structurally it is a centrifugal fan. So, on 02/15/2020 I took this thermal paste, I didn't care which one to take, I would not refuse the legendary KTP-8, but nevertheless ... So, I looked on YouTube how to disassemble the laptop of my model, disassembled it almost completely, removed the cooler. First, I cleaned everything inside the case from dust, then with the same purpose I disassembled the cooler and cleaned it. Then, with an ear stick with iodine, I removed the old thermal paste from the CPU and also removed it from the radiator. Then he applied a new thermal paste and carefully assembled the whole thing. The result was not long in coming. The laptop became much less noisy, and the temperature dropped to 50 degrees! On February 20, 2020, I also disassembled the Toshiba Satellite A300-214 laptop and changed its thermal paste on the CPU and the video card (there the radiator serves two nodes), but during assembly it did not boot - the service said that it had a faulty processor power circuit. Looks like I could break something during the assembly! And so it turned out: the service center discovered a malfunction of the processor power circuit and that this problem is very typical for Toshiba laptops. The laptop was repaired for the first time, was renovated and works again! And now it is almost not heated!

Comment: I applied ordinary thermal paste on the i5 3570k, RX580, i7 in a laptop for its price, on a 2 year old rx580 after replacing the factory temperature dropped by 6-7 degrees I will not say about the service life, I change it every 3-6 months, there is not much difference with the CPT-8 noticed

Comment: 95 watts in drain - the difference between the cores and the heatsink is approximately 8-10 degrees (determined by the temperature jump when the stress test is turned on / off). Didn't check how the thermal paste will behave after 3-4 years. For example, I did not change the coolers complete with coolers until the end of their life (about 5 years), but for the reviews purchased separately, it usually needs to be changed every six months, and I don't do that. In 5 years I will try to update the review.

I originally wanted to buy Deepcool z5. But in the absence of this paste, I had to take Z3, I did not even look at Z9. Recently, the processor under load in PUBG reached 80 degrees, which did not please me extremely. Since it was bought in the summer of 2019, it kept stable in the pubg 50-60. Also, the other day I was running a stress test through FurMark 3D, simultaneously stressing the video card (GPU) and processor (CPU). Processor temperatures went up to 95 degrees! I was horrified and realized that it was time to change the thermal paste. After changing the thermal paste, carefully cleaning the old one, degreasing the percent and the tower with alcohol, I evenly smeared Z3 on the tower and inserted it into percent. After this deed, I re-launched the GPU and CPU stress test, the percentage in the stress test did not rise above 55 degrees Celsius! I think this is a worthy result, especially for that kind of money - 200 rubles. Thank you DeepCool for this product. How long will it last? I don't know, probably half a year, a year. Have to change. But this is not so scary, since there is even more half of the tube in the syringe. I think that's enough for the reserve. In general, I Recommend! Good paste.

Comment: The complete thermal paste from the Noctua NH-L9X65 cooler ran out, it seemed to me unjustifiably expensive to buy a "native" one from Noctua, so I bought this one. Result: The new Deepcool X3 thermal paste cools the AMD Ryzen 7 1700X as well as the bundled one.
