Advantages: design price usability
Disadvantages: the distance between the millstones is not adjusted (easily corrected)
Comment: chose not long. I considered it unreasonable to buy a coffee grinder for 10 or more kilo rubles having a coffee maker for 10. Of the cheaper positive reviews, most of all from Delonghi KG 79 (89), I bought it, made sure that at the minimum grinding coffee it looks like sawdust from a two-handed saw. I did not install the gaskets for the stationary millstone, I disassembled and purely mechanically "brought together" the millstones, choosing the minimum distance in which they are on the verge of contact. if the admins do not mind, then I will give a link to the step-by-step photo instructions (I hope everything will be clear, described in as much detail as possible) http://my.mail.ru/inbox/rock0611/photo?album_id=78#page=/inbox/rock0611/photo ? album_id = 78 works flawlessly after adjustment, the minimum grind is really suitable for Turkish coffee. PS pay attention to the adjustment! I had 7 clicks before the millstones touched when turning the millstones mount, I returned it one back! you can have more or less! be sure to check by turning the movable millstone manually for at least one or two turns!

Advantages: Relatively inexpensive for a millstone coffee grinder, grinds evenly. Easily modified so that the grind is fine enough. Quite quiet (I can only compare with coffee grinders with knives).
Disadvantages: Apparently, the regulator for the amount of coffee for grinding is guided only by the operating time, and not by the volume or weight of coffee. Not critical at all.
Comment: Before buying, I knew that the finest grind was too coarse, and that there was a modification method. I looked carefully on YouTube before buying, a day after buying I repeated the necessary steps - and received a very good coffee grinder for a not very high price (compared to other millstone coffee grinders).

Advantages: When unpacking, I accidentally dropped it on the floor from a meter height (laminate) :) On the case - no dents, no scratches, nothing cracked or fell off. Ah, yes, well, it grinds quickly, quietly and evenly.
Disadvantages: 1. It is not very convenient to pour / take ready coffee out of a rectangular container with a measuring spoon, it seems to me that a cylindrical one with a narrowing downwards would be more convenient. 2. As already mentioned, the finest grind is not very fine, it is enough for a carob coffee maker, but for a Turk it is definitely necessary less. Let's twist :)
Comment: Compared to the Mikma cutter coffee grinder (made in CIS), this is a cool machine. For some reason, all coffee grinders, despite the seeming simplicity of the design, are not cheap, especially with millstones. Apparently, this unit is in the small group "the most decent of the cheapest". Well, or "the cheapest of the decent". In short, the price / quality is at a very high level!

Advantages: Inexpensive, stylish, relatively easy to use.
Disadvantages: Requires minor improvements
Comment: After purchasing this grinder, I was a little disappointed with the quality of the grind. not only was it not so small, at the minimum mode, as I needed, very large pieces slipped through. After reading the comments, here I decided to modify it according to the described method radiomaster2014. But the roofing felts are not the same, the roofing felts are terrible to break, I could not unscrew the handles. BUT! After that, I decided to put the stationary millstone in place and screwed it tight enough and after that, at a minimum grind, the coffee grinder ground the coffee into dust! If anyone has tasted the "Peter the Great" coffee directly into the cup, then the grinding will be approximately the same consistency. So, in order to get a really fine grind at the smallest stage (and adjust it to taste), you just need to: hold the grind adjustment knob and screw the stationary millstone (which says DeLonghi) counterclockwise until it stops. Enjoy your coffee!

Advantages: 1. Sufficiently uniform grinding; 2. Adjustment of the amount and degree of grinding; 3. Stylish design; 4. Low price for such a construction (millstone); 5. Convenience and ease of use; 6. Compact dimensions.
Disadvantages: 1. Inconvenient container for ground coffee: it is difficult to pour out or rake out with a spoon, coffee is electrified and sticks to the walls; 2. On my copy, the acceptable fineness is achieved at the very minimum.
Comment: In principle, everything suits me, I put the grinding regulator to a minimum and cook in a geyser coffee maker, I did not make any modifications, as they say in the reviews. I compared ground coffee from a coffee grinder with ground coffee of the same brand sold in bags - there are no visual differences. Where is even smaller? Grind into dust, into flour? The inconvenient container for ground coffee has already been mentioned above. In my opinion, it would be more convenient to have a cylindrical with a rounded bottom, but this is nit-picking. I have been using the grinder for more than two years - the flight is normal. By chance I saw that it is still on sale and decided to write a review, rarely a model of household appliances has been produced for so long and goes on sale, apparently, it is so successful and is still in demand.

Advantages: + Cheap. + Millstones are better than knives - they grind more evenly and quieter by 3 times. + Adjustment of grind and time is reasonable.
Disadvantages: -A little coffee wakes up when you take out the container. -Coffee sticks to the container walls due to electrolysis.
Comment: I am very pleased, for such a price there is nothing better, and it is not necessary. How it works is enough. Only KG 79 is cheaper without stainless inserts, but I also have a refrigerator and a microwave oven "like metal". The fineness of grinding is enough for me - for a Turk in the middle, for just brewing - closer to a minimum, I will not refine it.

Advantages: Build quality, design, grinding adjustment. Grinds quickly, you can disassemble and assemble yourself)
Disadvantages: Sticks to the walls of a removable coffee cup and wakes up slightly. To be honest, there are few shortcomings
Comment: I hope my review will help someone I bought two Delonghi KG 89 coffee grinders, my wife and myself, one of them broke. The millstone stopped rotating. I started from the bottom cover, as it turned out by mistake. You need to pull out the 2 adjusting knobs with a screwdriver and remove the protective case. Then unscrew the receiving box (4 bolts). Then 2 bolts of the bottom cover and abundantly wipe the copper collector with alcohol. It worked like new after these manipulations, but I thought about throwing it away.

A great coffee grinder for your home! Melite fine enough! If the godfather, it does not seem small enough. then on the Internet there are methods for finishing with your own hands (if, of course, they grow from the right place)!

Advantages: 1. Excellent uniform grind. This is in my opinion the most important thing for a coffee grinder; 2. Many degrees of grinding; 3. Great price. Other burr coffee grinders (not counting the younger model of this line) cost from 3k; 4. Not very noisy. Behind the wall, you can hardly hear her work anymore.
Disadvantages: 1. No dosage per cup. But with a little experience, you can seize the moment and turn off the coffee grinder yourself if you need one cup; 2. Marked case. On the sides and on the front side there is a real, solid stainless steel (many people think that it is painted plastic); 3. A little coffee is poured on the table when you take out / insert the container for ground coffee. Well, there is nothing wrong with that. The pre-ground coffee process is not complete without spilled coffee. 4. Not the finest grind. Improvement required.
Comment: About the case: it perfectly projects fingerprints. But for the sake of design, it's fashionable to be patient. If in the kitchen all the appliances are made of stainless steel, then you quickly get used to scrubbing it almost every day. Partially solved by using special. means for stainless steel (I don't remember the name, but it is attached to LIEBHERR stainless steel refrigerators - the effect is excellent). Concerning the revision. An excellent description of how and what is here. It takes only 15 minutes and you get an excellent result. I used two layers of a thick file as a spacer. The material is like the covers of textbooks, so transparent. Be careful! Do not use too thick a spacer - you can ruin the millstones if they touch each other. And one more piece of advice. When buying a grinder and good expensive coffee, buy another pack of our cheap coffee. The cheapest. I took a black card 200 grams for 88 rubles. For experiments on the quality of grinding, just what you need. And then it's a pity to translate Lavats ... In general, an excellent device. VERY satisfied =)

Advantages: Design, price, grinding quality, low noise, portion adjustment.
Disadvantages: As with everyone else - the electrification of ground coffee, you have to get used to the fact that coffee dust will remain on the walls of the plastic cup.
Comment: I bought a coffee grinder to work in tandem with a Philips-Saeco 8325 espresso coffee maker. I am very picky about the grinding quality, an espresso coffee maker is very sensitive to grinding. I had a kilogram of some kind of non-name coffee beans - like roasted for espresso, after 6 attempts to grind this coffee in a regular (shovel) coffee grinder, I gave up this venture. The coffee was ground either very coarsely - and just spilled without cream and all the delights, or in the dust and if the machine pressed it, then the coffee became very bitter. In this coffee grinder, I set the second mode from the minimum, the portions are minimal (2 cups) ground, brewed and got an excellent drink, strong, not bitter, with excellent chocolate, thick cream and, which is important, without acid. The same coffee with a different grind gave disgusting results. I compared the grind with a can of already ground Carraro coffee, the grinding quality hit 95%, while the grind of the coffee grinder showed itself better - a dry tablet (at a Carraro once wet) In general, I am very pleased with the purchase, choosing between similar models Bork, Gaggia, Krups. For this money, an excellent home-made coffee grinder.
