Finally bought a deep fryer, we love chicken nuggets. It doesn't work as well on the stovetop as in deep fat. If we cook French fries, then it is enough for 2, and sometimes for 3 servings. I like that there are readiness indicators, you don't need to constantly look inside, although there is a window for this. To my surprise, the deep fat fryer is easy to clean without additional soaking. In general, I am satisfied.

I bought it for frying potatoes. The size of the device initially seemed huge, but the stock will not hurt when you need to make two large portions. I poured two liters of oil, this is enough for 1.5 servings for myself. I won't talk about oil, there are a lot of fakes. The device is made quite simply: a heater, a thermostat, two indicators "network" and "heating". There are no "readiness indicators" here: as the oil cools, the indicator lights up again. I didn't find any recipes in the instructions, but they could tell you how to make common dishes. But on the front panel there are pictograms with cooking times. After cooking at a temperature of 190 degrees, the oil darkened, and therefore I concluded that the thermostat was too high, the next time I cooked at 150-170. The heating element is made in the form of a sickle with a gap in the right side, which affects the uniformity of frying dishes. However, potatoes can be manually mixed inside the mesh. The transparent window at the top is of little use: it fogs up, so you have to lift the lid to evaluate the roast.

It is convenient that you can cook at once for 2-3 people, there is even no sense in less volume, because for yourself, or for a company, making snacks will be much more convenient, and the difference in volume will only prevent you from doing it quickly. The oil can be changed every 2-3-4 months with moderate cooking. I advise you to buy.
