After long walks on sites and offline shops and tossing between “to be of high quality” and “to be inexpensive”, I opted for this bracket.
A common thing: the room in which the TV is installed is small, but combines the functions of a living room, a nursery and a bedroom. Therefore, the task was initially set to allow the bracket to install the TV in many positions. Both in turn and tilt. The bracket does an excellent job with this task.
The wall turned out to be plaster. I did not dare to use ordinary dowels and self-tapping screws. The price of risk is high. Therefore, I fixed the bracket to metal hedgehog dowels for aerated concrete and screws with a hexagonal "bolt" head. The screws were taken of the maximum diameter, which went through the regular holes in the mounting plate.
The height of the plate against the wall is greater than most similar brackets. And this instilled confidence in less pull-out force for the upper screws. For added peace of mind, I added a couple more attachment points to the four existing ones by drilling similar holes in the middle of this plate.
Now the 10-kilogram (39-inch) TV hangs confidently at full reach of about 40 cm from the wall.
In order not to damage the wires during the evolution of the bracket, fasten them with cable ties to the farthest (from the TV) elbow of the bracket.
The quality of workmanship of the bracket's parts caused practically no complaints. The color is uniform and flawless. The plastic caps that cover the wall fasteners are also of high quality. Removable and resilient.
The screws and bolts for assembling the bracket itself were all in place, of the right size and in the right amount. There were no problems.But there were no suitable screws among the supplied set of screws for attaching the bracket to the TV. I had to pick it up on the side (the photo shows their difference in color).
When connecting the assembled bracket with the sole fixed to the wall, it turned out that this hinge has a play along the axis of the connecting pin of about 1.5 mm. Simple tightening of the nuts "harder" led to a visible distortion at the fracture of the lug plates welded to the sole. Therefore, it was necessary to make a washer-spacer of the required thickness.
Now the pin can be safely tightened for the required tightness of this hinge.
Hanging the TV onto the wall-mounted part of the bracket was not difficult. I did it alone, without helpers.
At the stage of choosing a bracket, I was confused by some "laxity" of the node for joining a shiny arc-shaped plate with a part bolted to the TV.
During operation, it turned out that this is only good. Backlash in the hinges is inevitable, and in extreme positions can lead to deviation of the screen from the horizontal (skewing). I deliberately did not fully tighten the screw at the bottom of the arcuate plate. And now, after each position change, I can easily position the TV as horizontally as I like with one hand.

When we bought a TV review about the TV Samsung UE40M5000AU LED TV, they immediately decided to hang it on the wall in a niche, so that the corners of the wall would not interfere, it would be convenient to look from anywhere in the room, including lying on the floor). This particular bracket was perfect. Its price is 2000 rubles, it cost us 609 rubles, the rest is points from the store. Our TV set is 7 kg, 40 inches, there are enough mounts. All parameters are written on the box and this is correct. We did not regulate anything in the connections. Holds all positions perfectly. We have a 20x20 mount, but this bracket has very wide mounting options. Easily changes any position, without much effort, but also does not sag. Please do not pay attention to loose cables and the socket - the solution is temporary.
