As a result, I came to the conclusion that all the bells and whistles like hygrometers and remote control are not needed, as they increase the risk of breakdown: either one does not turn on, then the other, in general, is a headache. My choice fell on Kitfort because of its ease of use and good hydration reviews. I did not regret: the humidifier is good, easy to assemble and completely silent, during the day it may not be so important, but at night, when any rustle is heard, this quality of the humidifier pleases. Hydration can be adjusted and essential oils can be added. But most importantly, the nose is breathing! I am happy with the purchase and will recommend it to everyone who suffers from dry mucous membranes.

It turned out to be easy to use, although I recommend that you carefully read the instructions first, otherwise the first time they managed to pour the water in the wrong place, which was on the floor. But this is just inattention. We left the device overnight, worked quietly until the morning, quite quiet, especially at a low power level. It periodically gurgles, but these are the features of the operation of ultrasonic humidifiers. An irreplaceable thing for winter and working batteries, it breathes easier and more pleasantly.

Do not expect that the aroma from using aroma oils in a humidifier will be as bright as when using an aroma lamp. The fact is that the essential oil heats up in the aroma lamp, which in itself guarantees a brighter aroma, which does not happen in the air humidifier. Cool / room temperature steam comes out of the humidifier with a less intense, but still noticeable, aroma.

Comment: After living in St. Petersburg, I began to understand the difference between dry and humid air. With the onset of cold weather, we decided to buy a humidifier. It should be noted that we have been using Kitfort appliances for a long time, and we have quite a few of them in our apartment. Also note that everything works great! Therefore, we immediately focused on Kitfort. We bought the Kitfort KT-2802-1 model (that is, in white). Water tank volume: 3.5 l. When operating at a low speed, the fan lasts approximately 15 hours. But when we are not at home, we do not use it, roughly speaking, we only use it at night. Thus, we fill in water 1 time in 3-4 days. After several days of work, furniture and things are saturated with water, and the need for its constant use disappears. We advise you not to use a humidifier with a smaller tank volume if you plan to use it at home and on a permanent basis, as the need to fill it more often with water can become annoying and lead to the fact that it will not want to use. It moisturizes perfectly, the result will be noticeable after 2-3 days. When we open the door to the balcony, the glass on the balcony windows fog up. This means that the air in the rooms is well humidified. Dryness in nose and throat disappeared after a long sleep / in the morning. I wear lenses and feel very clearly if the air is dry. With the advent of the Kitfort KT-2802 humidifier, this problem disappeared. Works almost silently. You can only hear the steam coming out of the hole in conditions of perfect silence. My husband has a light sleep.But he has never woken up because of the operation of the humidifier. There are several fan speeds. But we have used so far only the lowest (1-2 speed). For a large room (up to 25 sq.m.) this is quite enough. We would also like to mention a bath for essential oils. It is a good addition to a humidifier. You can pour a little essential oil into the bath and enjoy its aromas while the air humidifier is running.

Comment: Of course, the extremely positive reviews about this model alarmed. But, I decided to buy, what if? ) What was needed was a black humidifier. I thought maybe he is really as powerful as they write everywhere? It didn't work out. The cost of the device is too high. For 2.5 thousand there is no electronics here. There is no remote control. There is not even a water softener filter. The rise of the steam jet is only 8-10 cm. So it will be wet below. I finished this moment with an extension nozzle from a broken old humidifier of another brand. The photo shows "before" and "after". Now it has become more or less. Performance is poor. An installed unit in the middle of a 20-meter room at 75% power per night raises the humidity by only 5% (hygrometers are in the corners). The only thing that coincided was the lack of noise. The device is really, practically, silent. Pouring water is not very convenient - the tank does not have a carrying handle. The tank is more than enough for the night at 75% capacity - there is still water left. In general, the device can be recommended. But taking into account the refinement and being in small rooms up to 10 m2.

Advantages: An excellent moisturizer for the price! Almost silent, pleasant to sleep. Convenient operation, water is enough for several days of almost continuous use.

The main thing is to pour in filtered water so that there are no lime spots, as many complain. Performs its function, copes in the nursery 18 sq. m.
