After searching through a bunch of reviews, filtering fake reviews and pseudo-Russian brands, I found the right waffle iron, albeit Chinese, but inexpensive. Of the shortcomings, small, in the 90s I had more, but it will do. It bakes evenly, all of the same color, except for the place where the thermostat is located - well, you can't put the ten in there. There is also a latch that holds the halves of the waffle iron immediately after pouring the substance - the future waffle, which was not in my old Russian one, and this is a piper as convenient.
