I successfully bought such a massage pillow CS Medica VibraPulsar CS-cr5, getting on the action. I didn’t expect such an effect. I have an intervertebral hernia of the cervical spine and osteochondrosis, and my work is sedentary, my neck is constantly numb. I had to be distracted and regularly knead, but the problem was still there. And with this pillow it became much more comfortable for me to work. I have adapted to attach it to the work chair and on the road in the car - for this there is a special fastening strap. The massage enhances blood circulation and metabolism due to the warming up of the massaged area. It is a pity that I did not know about this pillow before. I forgot about many painful and uncomfortable sensations - the consequences of my work at the computer.
