The head and neck massage is pleasant, not hard. With a height of 162 cm, I have to put an extra pillow on the seat. Otherwise, massage of the neck and shoulders does not work, only the occipital region and the upper part of the neck are massaged. Back massage - at a calm pace, deep enough.
